The breakfast service was excellent. The young lady who looked after us was very helpful.

Cons:

Evening meal was expensive and not the best value. Soup does not come with bread so you pay for that from the nibbles.

Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It really is lovely. The food is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the WiFi is good and there is plenty of parking. The staff were all excellent especially the receptionist who tracked us down after some of our belongings were found that we hadn’t noticed were missing! We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Good overnight stay
Pros:

Very comfortable room at a fair price. Staff and service good

Cons:

Evening meal good but on the expensive side. The breakfast was good overall with a good range of choice but the full English was not up to the standard of other aspects

Cons:

A few disconcerting situations which were a bit unfortunate happened whilst we were there. Firstly a very angry customer was ranting about the standard when we arrived at reception. Then the following day the police arrived and a gentleman was questioned regarding a domestic violence situation between him and his partner who were staying with another woman. His very intoxicated (drunk or high)
