駅からも近く便利新幹線乗り口にほぼ傘は不要で助かった。
残なんな点は、ホテルが混みあっていたからか、以前宿泊した時よりもスタッフの対応が雑だったように感じた
。荷物預かりが10/1より有料となるのは残念。チェックアウト延長料金が宿泊料金と同等というのには少しびっくりした。

None one speaks English. When I call the front desk for toilet paper and extra pillows, it takes them forever. Lobby, elevator, and hallway have no air con. The humidity inside the room is insane. It feels very damp when it's not raining outside. My skin felt wet. The comforter and pillows feel wet no matter how high the air conditioner is on. Dry mode doesn't help minimize humidity. They provide a humidifier but no dehumidifier in the room. Shower water temperature changes hot and cold often. You only get 1 water bottle per day, no water refill station. Laundry is not free. Hotel isn't accommodating to my health issue needs. I had to keep explaining to them until they allow a one-time courtesy. Also, they have this rule where they have to clean your room on the 3rd day as I had mentioned I do not need room cleaning. No where on their listing of booking mentions that. Due to my health issues, they gave me a new room. All the other rooms smells either like old people, urine, or extremely moist inside. There are stains on walls, carpets, and shower walls. I found hair on the bed. The desk was dirty. The only good thing is close to all the train stations, bus, shops, malls, and lots of food inside the train stations. The entrance by the lobby, there's a lot of smokers. Family Mart downstairs. I wanted a refund and book a different hotel, but it was hard to get a refund since I booked it through a 3rd party website.

직원응대는 매우 친절하고 키오스크 체크인방법도 자세하게 알려주어 편리하게 이용했습니다.
체크인이전에는 캐리어 무료보관이 가능하지만 체크아웃 후에는 짐당 2천엔을 받기에 혹시라도 출국시간이 늦은편이라면 이가격까지 생각해보는게 좋을것 갘아요. 위치는 하카타역 뒷편에서 바로 찾을수 있어 정말 가깝지만 캐널시티나 탠진까지 도보로 이용하기엔 무리가 있어요.
초등2인 선인2 4인가족 보조침대 1개까지해서 다다미방이라 편하긴했지만 비좁아서 캐리어 펼칠곳이 마땅치 않아 침대 싹 옆으로 붙여서 공간만들어 짐도 펼치고 지나다녔네요.
다만 가장 실망스러운 점은 청결상태입니다.
먼지가… 제발 먼지청소 꼭 하세요.
방에 들어가자 전등을 켜니 먼지가 떠다는게 너무 잘 보였고 냉장고 있는 캐비넷 나무 틈 사이사이 먼지가 얼마나 쌓였는지 모릅니다..
관계자분 이 사진보시면 전객실 제발 여기 청소 꼭 좀 하시길요.
퇴실 후 캐리어보관 비용 및 먼지때문에 다시 묵진않을것같아요.

2025.10月以後は荷物預かり無料サービスが無くなるのは残念です

위치 서비스 다 좋았는데 커튼이 암막이 아니라 아침에 눈부시고 옆건물 공사 소리에 조금 시끄러웠어요.ㅜ

丁寧で必要十分なカウンター接客でよかったです。
チェックイン、チェックアウトも機械操作で簡単にすませることが出来て楽でした。
何より部屋の内装のデザインや清潔感も良かったです。
博多駅にもほど近く、1Fにはコンビニもあって便利でした。
また、利用したいと思います。

思ったより清掃がされていた。
福岡では珍しいかも?
トイレのタンクと便座の間が汚れていたのが残念でした。
