The room was clean, bathroom was fairly well appointed, room had hot water kettle and a cold fridge. There was free outdoor parking available.
I requested an early check-in and arrived at noon, but had to wait 2 hours in the lobby before checking in. Service in the cafe/bar area was non-existent, so this was not the most pleasant wait. Check-in staff basically forgot that I was waiting to check in and let me wait an unnecessarily long time. Either my room had extremely poor sound insulation (probably the case) or there was an extremely loud event outside because there was loud music playing, clearly audible in my room, until about 9pm. Also, I hoped to order room service, but the phone service did not work, so I did not. Hotel is in a fairly industrial area of town but close to the autostrada.

Room and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. Everything was immaculately clean. Parking was free and very easy. Breakfast was good.
The location was out of town and whilst the hotel provided a free shuttle service the last one finished at 7pm - too early if you wanted to stay in town for dinner.

Parcheggiare di notte quando il cancello è chiuso obbliga a fermare l’auto in discesa e lo spazio per scendere è stretto per andare a digitare il codice sulla tastiera. Ho sbattuto lo sportello contro il muro. Cambiate sistema per gli accessi notturni.
The property was clean, staff were lovely, food was very nice and the free shuttle bus into the city was amazing
There was a weird picture of a pumpkin and a noose on the wall that freaked me out. And for what it was I thought the breakfast was overpriced and would recommend just getting food in the city. It is very much a business hotel so it does feel a little weird as a tourist to be there as there is nothing around. That said it was a nice clean hotel.
