It's just a really easy place to get to, they always upgrade my room and they ask how i want my burger cooked. I'm a simple man and this just works fine.

Very disorganized. The property is in the middle of nowhere. There’s a huge mall but nothing else to see or do. The reservations staff is very confused. He kept calling me about my reservation only to figure out that they had all the information. They called me about 6 to 8 times. Also people into the room all the time. Even if you put the do not disturb sign on, they still disturb you. I would never stay in this property again.

I had to make three different reservations. I’m attending an event that included two nights accommodation, but I arrived one night before and staying two nights. After when I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all three reservations. Eventually I was able to, but they were so disorganized they couldn’t figure it out for the longest time. They called me at least six times telling me I had to check out of my room. Very disorganized staff despite me having all of the information about the reservations I was very disappointed with the reception staff
