Ok value for money but service was disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful beach and very nice pool area. Room was quite comfortable too. The bar tender in the evenings was a very friendly man.

Cons:

The hotel policies are designed to rip guests off at every stage. It was quite surprising that although the hotel has its own private beach, they still charge guests to use the beach beds. More surprising than that, you have to pay to have your beach towels replaced for clean ones. Our surprise reached its peak when my husband asked to borrow an iron and iron board to iron a shirt before dinner and we were told that they only offer ironing as a paid service. At breakfast, I got told off by one of the staff for refilling my water bottle with the breakfast water.

Although the location is nice and the hotel itself was probably very nice 20 years ago, it feels like it could do with some refurbishment. Also, two nights in a row there were some very loud and very late beach parties outside and the hotel did not warn us about the expected disturbance nor offer any kind of compensation for two sleepless nights.

Though the pool area was very nice, the bar was never opened there as advertised and we had to go up and down from the beach bar to get drinks.

Pros:

プーラでオーシャンビューなのにリーズナブルな価格に惹かれて予約。施設や部屋は、古いけれどシンプルで清潔で、快適でした。フロントの方も対応もきちんとされていました。

Pros:

Su tutti la posizione sul mare, la reception, le zone relax interne ed esterne.
Lo staff del bar interno e della spiaggia, molto simpatici e gentili.

Cons:

Assolutamente incomprensibile la cucina e alcuni componenti dello staff, al limite del grottesco.
Avremmo voluto cenare tutte le sere in hotel per vivere tranquillamente il soggiorno in struttura, ma non ci è stato possibile data dalla fiscalità oraria e tassativa! Il risicato menù, con i risicatissimi piatti ad un costo importante.
Un po' meglio la colazione anche se per un 4 stelle, abituati a frequentarli, ci si aspettava molto di più.
No comment gli infissi della nostra stanza vista mare.

Mixed feelings, but I guess OK
Pros:

The personnel at the front desk was nice. We got a nice room on the 5th floor, with nice views. The downside was that the restaurant wasn't "really" open due to a semi-big group, and the bars (poolside and beach) were closed (due to the reason, that late September is off season) - and close by was only one bar/restaurant open. Good thing about the off season is that the crown is absent...
Breakfast wasn't any special - ok thoug.

Le cadre, avec sa plage privée, sa grande piscine d'eau de mer et surtout une pinède magnifique

Cons:

La cuisine....il faut fuir le restaurant et aller ailleurs... c'est franchement mauvais et cher , dommage car la salle de resto est belle

Pros:

Bon emplacement au sein d’une pinède et au bord de la plage. Néanmoins à 15 min de Pula voiture obligatoire pour aller dîner.
Hôtel un peu daté mais globalement confortable. Beau jardin autour de la piscine (bien entretenu).

Cons:

Restaurant de l’hôtel à éviter : très cher et médiocre

Tutto sommato bella vacanza
Pros:

La pulizia dell'hotel era eccezionale. Lo staff gentile e cordiale.
La posizione dell'hotel meravigliosa e il suo mare, nei giorni di sole, aveva sfumature da lasciarci a bocca aperta.

Cons:

Non mi sono piaciute 3 cose:
1 - la struttura era datata e il ristorante non buono
2 - la cassaforte era "volante", chiunque se la poteva portare via
3 - noi avevamo una camera superior: era bella, al quinto piano e con vista sul mare splendido. Appena entrati abbiamo visto che c'era una porta di collegamento con la stanza vicina. Nessuno ci ha avvisato. In questo modo tutti i rumori della camera vicina si sentivano come se fossero nella nostra stanza e ovviamente viceversa. Avrei preferito essere avvisata e perlomeno dire che appena di liberava un'altra stanza potevamo decidere se trasferirci, invece nulla e la quota l'abbiamo pagata come gli altri.
