Pros:

It is a great location near the Cotton Tree coffee strip and beach.
We had a sea view and balcony, which was good for watching the storms roll in.
Not far to the Plaza shopping mall.
Free secure parking.

Cons:

Our apartment was a bit tired, and although mostly clean, there were a few areas where it needed a bit of a spring clean. I'm not sure this would apply to them all, though.

Beautiful motel . Lovely facilities.
Pros:

Position was perfect . Beautiful pool and spa . Room layout was good .

Cons:

Dirty linen . Blood stained sheets . Leaky air conditioner . And rude Sunday staff .

Absolutely love this place.
Pros:

Second time here and it will always be my holiday location. Absolutely stunning views. Great location. Good sized apartment for everyone, we all had our own space. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were lovely, so soft. Friendly staff. Good facilities. You pay for what your getting.

Cons:

Both showers absolutely floods the floor, I honestly thought it was going to spill out into the bedroom. The bath matt did absolutely nothing to stop all that water. The aircon doesn't get very cold. No microwave. The locks on the bedrooms and bathrooms barely work and are very annoying to use.

A very relaxing stay despite wet weather.
Pros:

Amazing 180 degree view of Maroochydore beach which could be seen from the whole dining/lounge/kitchen area.

Cons:

A couple of small repairs needed to be done when we arrived but staff attended to those promptly.
