Pros:

What a great place to stay! After a mix-up with accommodation that had nothing to do with the lovely girls at reception, we were moved into a 3-bedroom apartment. Perfect! Everything you needed for a five-day stay was available. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the kitchen fully kitted out. Location was a few minutes walk to the Surf Club, beach and cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Catalina Resort and would recommend it to everyone.

Great view and beautiful apartment, quite roomy.

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner and the bed was soft...but that could just be me preferring a firmer mattress

We are looking forward to returning to stay at Catalina Resort.
Pros:

We ended up on the 15th floor which had a sea view, fantastic. The rooms were nice and roomy with full cooking facilities, local bus stop was a right outside the door costing only 50c a ride, all you need is a credit card. The Plaza shopping center, 5 min walk down the road, catered for most things with a mini market, bakery, fish and chips and cafes. The beach was just across the road with a surf club which provided a restaurant and surf life saving, safe, swimming area.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we disliked.

Good facilities and location. Prices were a bit high.
Pros:

Clean tidy and great location

Cons:

The underground parking parts of it were only 1.9m high. They did not inform us of that. A game of pool was $3. Very expensive for an average pool table and kids just having fun.

Perfect location, great weather and relaxing.
Pros:

Loved the location. Did not need the car to get to all the things I wanted. Accomodation was great along with all the facilities.

Was a really great Family holiday. Just what we needed after a big school term.
Pros:

Awesome location and facilities for our young family. Loved the access to everything and the view was amazing

Amazing location - loved it. Wish the aircon was in bedrooms.
Pros:

Location was unbeatable.
Facilities were excellent.

Cons:

The aircon was only at the living room. Not in the bedrooms. Sunshine coast can be a hot place, and the fans don't cut it. To be fair, the listing did not claim anything untrue - but no one reads the fine print to that effect. This was the single thing that made the stay a bit uncomfortable.
