Not enough power points no toaster
It was a grand old hotel with lots of history
It was a bit noisy and the room was a little small
Kate was s great, a real hotel manager and was quick to respond to a late night issue.
Nothing - amazing stay, and location. Unless you’re after a modern hotel, with all the tech.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. My partner and I enjoyed the front bar, it was a nice quiet place to sit, relax and have a few of their delicious cocktails.
There was also a rooftop bar, but we preferred the front bar.
There were other areas available to sit as well. A kids spot to play games and a beautiful courtyard.
I have nothing bad to say.
Spacious room and good central location
Cleanliness, got a spider in my bed while I was sleeping. Other facilities not wuiye clean either. The hotel is a bit dated. The suite regular price is$507 per night. I think for this price, the room should be exceptional but it wasn't the case.
The location was great room was lovely if a bit dated but unfortunately the lounge was very uncomfortable
Just the lounge
Location , fab. Private balcony & courtyard view delightful
Room quite dark during the day
location, rooftop bar
no lifts
The hotel was beautiful; full of charming character. The staff were lovely, so helpful and accommodating, we will definitely return.
Location was convenient
No wardrobe in room to hang our clothes.
Location, but the building was rundown. We had to carry our luggage via stair case (no lifts). The room has no wardrobe to hang close. We had to keep cloths n luggage.
As above
It was beautiful - the outside areas were exceptional
Nothing
