Cons:

1x i timen kører en rutebus til Cala D’Or forbi på den lille vej foran hotellet. Den bryder den meget stille miljø som omkranser Nou d’Aus.

Pros:

Cadre très sympathique, calme et piscine très agréable. Le personnel très sympathique, place pour se garer sans frais. Très bien

Cons:

Le logement était prévu pour max. 4 personnes. Nous étions 3 et le canapé lit laisse vraiment à désirer. C'est en fait un tiroir sous le canapé avec un matelas mais qui ne se transforme pas en lit. Pour que ce soit correct il vaut mieux assembler les deux matelas qui étaient très fins. Donc pour 4 personnes ça aurait été compliqué.

Would stay at this location again. Pros definitely outweighed the cons
Pros:

The location was good and only 20 minutes from stunning beaches. Beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us call a taxi, cleaned our bathroom sink when we accidentally clogged it, and brought us new towels when we asked. The place was walking distance from a few restaurants in town but we had better food when we drove 10 minutes to Cala D'Or which was much more lively. Google Map to Solimar for the general area where a bunch of dinner and gelato spots are

Cons:

The AC was weak and took a long time to cool the unit. The running water is salty all throughout so when I brushed my teeth, I used bottled water. Our bathroom shower and tub were a bit small and so water kept splashing out of the tub and wetting the floor when we showered

Camera con bella vista, l’appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario

Cons:

Peccato per l’acqua della doccia salata e il bagno senza finestra. Appena entrati c’era un forte odore di chiuso ma tenendo aperta la porta è passato

Pros:

Fin lille lejlighed, med mulighed for at lave mad selv, dejlig altan med udsigt over poolen. Personalet var gode til at komme med tips til strande, oplevelser mm. God mindre pool. Godt placeret, lidt væk fra travlhed, men tæt på strande, butikker, restauranter mm.

Cons:

Køkkenet havde kun mikroovn, manglede en almindelig ovn.

Das Pool war top, sehr freundlich

Cons:

Kein gutes WLAN. Es wurde während dem Aufenthalt nur ein großes Handtuch getauscht sonst keines.

Pros:

Nossa experiência foi incrível! Os funcionários do Niu d´Aus foram ótimos, nos deram as melhores dicas sobre essa parte da cidade, a localização é muito boa. Apesar de ser necessário para nós pegar um ônibus para chegar às praias mais famosas, o apartamento fica perto de um ponto de ônibus, o que ajudou muito.

Cons:

Tudo foi muito agradável.

Accueil excecrable et c’est rare à Majorque !

Accueil exécrable !!!
Nous avions prévenu de notre horaire d’arrivée : 18h, il n’y avait personne, nous avons dû appeler un numéro
Au bout de 10-15 min la personne de l’hôtel est arrivée et sans aucun mot d’excuse a commencé le Check in, ça a pris un temps fou, elle ne voulait pas nous croire que nous n’avions eu aucunes instructions ce qui était pourtant le cas !
Absolument lamentable et c’est rare à Majorque

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei jeglichen Anliegen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Die Hotelanlage (Pool-Bereich und Reception) waren sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber.

Cons:

Im Gegensatz zur Hotelanlage waren die Zimmer eher schmutzig und bereits bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Für den Preis könnte man jeden Tag (bis alle zwei Tage maximal) frische Handtücher erwarten.
