Property Description

A first class 4-star hotel a few metres from Maspalomas Dunes and 200 metres from the golden sands of Playa del Inglés. Swimming pool surrounded by sub-tropical gardens, Atlantic Ocean views from the terraces, a spa, children's and babies' pools. 20 minutes from the airport.

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nah, fußläufig zum Strand und zum nördlichen Rand der Dünen von Maspalomas. Die Zimmer sind geräumig Bad mit Dusche, Nebenraum für Garderobe, kl. Flur, großes Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, Balkon. Die Hotelanlage insgesamt sehr sauber, aufgräumt etc. Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend. Poolanlage und Sonnenliegen ausreichend, die Kinder haben es sehr genossen. Das Essen (Frühstück, Mittagsimbiss, Nachmittags-Kaffee, Abendessen) für jeden etwas dabei und vielfältig, gut zubereitet. Getränke ebenfalls vielfältig, die Cocktails wurden stets frisch gemixt, keine fertigen Mischungen. Abwechselndes Unterhaltungsprogramm wird geboten und für jeden etwas dabei, da über Geschmack sich ja streiten lässt. Service an der Rezeption ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Am Abreisetag durften Duschen im Spa-Bereich genutzt werden, da Abflug am Abend und zuvor Check out um 12 Uhr war.
Rundherum ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub (8 Personen, Großeltern, Eltern, Kinder).

Cons:

Wie immer: die vor dem Frühstück bereits reservierten Liegen, trotz Hinweis des Hotels, dass dieses erst ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit erlaubt sei.

Great experience overall – highly recommended
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall our experience was excellent.
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and the promenade. It is also surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets, while bus stops and several car rental offices are only a few minutes away, making it very easy to explore the island. The hotel also offers free parking, which is a great advantage for guests travelling by car.
We were very pleased with our room. It was spacious, spotless, and well maintained throughout our stay. We had a room overlooking the street and a small garden, which turned out to be a great choice. Personally, we preferred this view, as it was much quieter than the poolside and allowed us to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings without the daytime noise from the pool area. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding.
One of the highlights of the hotel is the beautiful pool area. The pool is large, very well maintained, and the water is pleasantly warm. There are plenty of sun loungers available, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day.
The food was varied, fresh, and of excellent quality, with plenty of choices every day. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only disappointing part of our stay was our interaction with the restaurant manager, Andrés. Unfortunately, we found his approach unprofessional and not guest-oriented. As paying guests, we expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, but the way the situation was handled left us disappointed. Thankfully, this did not reflect the attitude of the rest of the team, who were consistently kind, professional, and attentive.

Despite this isolated incident, we truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel's excellent location, outstanding cleanliness, beautiful pool area, delicious food, and the professionalism of most of the staff make it a hotel we would gladly recommend and happily return to.

La piscina es tranquila. Ambiente tranquilo. Permiten tener perros de hasta 5 kilos.

Los postres estaban malos.
La nevera de la habitación olía muy mal y había mucho polvo en las cortinas y lámparas de la habitación.
Para llegar al comedor con el carrito del bebé teníamos que dar una gran vuelta.
