Guests driving from the west, south and east can access the hotel via the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and the Potsdam-Babelsberg/Potsdam-Zentrum exit of the A115 (Avus).

Guests driving from the north should take the Potsdam-Nord exit of the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and head for Marquardt/Ketzin, Potsdam-Zentrum, Park Sanssouci and Brandenburger Tor.

Parking spaces are available in Charlottenstraße 125 (Subject to availability, guests can check in and then unload their luggage from parking spaces in the hotel courtyard), in Schopenhauer Straße 13 (2 short-term parking spaces are available for unloading luggage and then guests can park in the hotel courtyard or in Parkhaus Luisenplatz) or in the Parkhaus Luisenplatz. Tolle Lage, sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Zimmer groß und schön geschnitten.

Cons:

Die auf der Homepage beworbenen Molton Brown Produkte sind nicht vorhanden. Leider auch nicht der Fitnesskanal, der als Ersatz für das fehlende Fitnessstudio beworben wurde. Beim Frühstück muss jedes Heißgetränk an der Rezeption bestellt werden, das ginge sicher auch anders.
Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt mit vielen kleinen Details, die uns allen gefehlt haben, um dort wieder zu buchen. Wir waren eine Freundesgruppe von 7 Personen.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Und lieber 500m zu Fuß laufen.

Die zentrale Lage war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung.

Cons:

Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer superior gebucht und habe ein als behindertengerechtes Einzelzimmer ausgewiesenes Zimmer erhalten. Das Doppelbett war sehr klein und hart. Der helle Teppichfussboden war abgenutzt und mit schwarzen Flecken überzogen, sehr unhygienisch. Nachttischleuchten waren defekt, eine ging garnicht und eine hatte Wackelkontakt. Auch das behindertengerechte Bad war stark abgenutzt. Der Frühstücksraum war kalt und ungemütlich, das Personal emotionslos. Frühstück war durchschnittlich. DieKommentare mit „außergewöhnlich“ kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Die Lage im Zentrum.

Cons:

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr schroff.
Obwohl das Hotel spärlich belegt war, hat Sie uns eines der schlechteren Zimmer gegeben direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse.

Tolle Lage für die Stadt und den Park
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein upgrade und hatten ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Check in und out war problemlos.

Cons:

Die kleinen Tassen beim Frühstück. Die Zeit dieser Tassen ist echt vorbei.

Wonderful, comfortable, easy to explore Potsdam.
Pros:

We reserved 3-bedroom apartment for our family. Apartment was very comfortable, with beautiful furniture, full size and equipped kitchen, Washing and drying machine - we enjoyed our stay. Location was central. A few steps from all attractions, shopping streets and historical district. We walked everywhere. Couldn't be better.

Cons:

We requested sleeping arrangement for all of us asking for 4 beds minimum. We had 3 beds instead. Hotel offered extra room for $35 per night. It was smart decision.
