Guests driving from the west, south and east can access the hotel via the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and the Potsdam-Babelsberg/Potsdam-Zentrum exit of the A115 (Avus).
Guests driving from the north should take the Potsdam-Nord exit of the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and head for Marquardt/Ketzin, Potsdam-Zentrum, Park Sanssouci and Brandenburger Tor.
Parking spaces are available in Charlottenstraße 125 (Subject to availability, guests can check in and then unload their luggage from parking spaces in the hotel courtyard), in Schopenhauer Straße 13 (2 short-term parking spaces are available for unloading luggage and then guests can park in the hotel courtyard or in Parkhaus Luisenplatz) or in the Parkhaus Luisenplatz. This is a public multi-story car park and the parking charges can be invoiced directly to your room.

Wonderful location! Amazing people working in reception. We have been greeted by wonderful team in reception. Hotel is spacious and very well equipped. Particularly enjoyed our room! Huge, comfortable bed! Hotel left so many gifts in the room we are really really grateful. Very lovely views from the room. This hotel is very generous with breakfast - it is experience on its own.

Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption. Zimmer groß und hell. Absolut zentral gelegen am Brandenburger Tor, fußläufig zu Sanssouci und Fußgängerzone mit viel Gastronomie und Geschäften. Sehr leckeres, vielfältiges Frühstück mit super knusprigen Brötchen.
Auf dem Zimmer fehlt eine Möglichkeit zur Zubereitung von Heißgetränken zwischendurch, wie dies bei Hotels dieser Kategorie international üblich ist. Ich habe an der Rezeption nach einem Wasserkessel und Teeutensilien gefragt, was mir zugesagt, aber dann wohl vergessen wurde. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist fleckig, gehört ausgetauscht oder durch hygienischen Hartboden ersetzt.

Terrific, very well informed and helpful front desk staff! Super convenient location. Nicely maintained hotels. Appreciated the courtesy umbrellas. Postdam is certainly lovely and well worth visiting!
Beds were a bit too firm for our preference. Breakfast (at 27EUR per person) seemed extremely expensive. Especially for the comparatively limited offerings. Would be nice if something small and sweet -- cake -- was available in the bar after local restaurants close.
