Guests driving from the north should take the Potsdam-Nord exit of the A10 Berliner Ring (ring-road) and head for Marquardt/Ketzin, Potsdam-Zentrum, Park Sanssouci and Brandenburger Tor.

Parking spaces are available in Charlottenstraße 125 (Subject to availability, guests can check in and then unload their luggage from parking spaces in the hotel courtyard), in Schopenhauer Straße 13 (2 short-term parking spaces are available for unloading luggage and then guests can park in the hotel courtyard or in Parkhaus Luisenplatz) or in the Parkhaus Luisenplatz. This is a public multi-story car park and the parking charges can be invoiced directly to your room.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Auf Wunsch habe ich einen Wasserkocher bekommen.

Cons:

Der helle Teppich war übersät mit Flecken und sollte einmal erneuert werden. Mein Zimmer war oben im 3. Stock und morgens, wenn offensichtlich viele geduscht haben, kam oben nicht mehr viel Wasser aus dem Duschkopf.

Sehr gute Lage für eine Erkundung Potsdams
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war prima. Leihfahrräder stehen direkt vorm Hotel zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber war noch ok. Einen Wasserkocher auf den Zimmer habe ich vermisst.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Das Zimmer im Oktober schön warm und nicht eng. Vor dem Hotel ist ein hüpsches Glockenspiel.

Cons:

Man musste über einen ( im Oktober kalten) Innenhof zum Frühstück mit ein paar Treppenstufen.
Im Zimmer war der helle Teppich voller Flecken. Der Bademantel hatte Löcher.

Schönes Haus in bester Lage !
Pros:

Top Lage, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Umfangreiches, leckeres Frühstück!

We would stay at this hotel if we visit Potsdam again, mainly for its fabulous location.
Pros:

Location could not have been better and the room was comfortable and well equipped. Although we chose room only without breakfast, there were plenty of good options nearby.

Cons:

The layout of the property was unusual so that we had to take 2 different lifts and carry cases up a short flight of stairs to get to our room.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Es gab ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade, die Lage ist perfekt, um Potsdam zu erkunden. Zimmer großzügig, Betten gut, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Localização apenas

Cons:

Pessoas rudes na recepção. Se vc chegar às 14:00h, eles nem perguntam seu nome pra saber se seu quarto está pronto ou não, simplesmente só fazem check in após as 15:00h. No café da manhã vc tem q ir antes à recepção e falar se vai querer chá, café não pode pedir na mesa. A noite o ar condicionado fica só no ventilador
