Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia. La colazione abbastanza varia e, nel complesso, soddisfacente.

Cons:

Purtroppo, per il prezzo pagato, ci aspettavamo decisamente di più. La pulizia della camera lasciava a desiderare: lenzuola e asciugamani sembravano lavati male e, in generale, la stanza non veniva pulita con particolare cura. Anche il rumore dell’aria condizionata era davvero terribile e molto fastidioso. L’ascensore è vecchio e alcuni tasti funzionavano male.

L’episodio più spiacevole, però, è stato la sparizione di una felpa Polo Ralph Lauren dalla nostra camera. Abbiamo segnalato subito l’accaduto e il personale ha controllato le telecamere per verificare se, l’unica sera in cui avevamo utilizzato la felpa, fossimo rientrati in hotel indossandola. Dai filmati è risultato che sì, la felpa era con noi al momento del rientro in hotel.

Nonostante questo, probabilmente perché eravamo giovani, ci è stato semplicemente detto che loro si fidano del personale addetto alle pulizie. La felpa non è stata ritrovata e il problema non è stato risolto. Ci ha deluso soprattutto la gestione della situazione: dopo aver verificato tramite le telecamere che la felpa era effettivamente rientrata con noi in hotel, ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione e un tentativo concreto di capire cosa fosse successo.

Nel complesso, considerando il prezzo, la pulizia e soprattutto quanto accaduto con la felpa, non consigliamo questa struttura. C’è decisamente di meglio: da evitare.

Quarto bom, mas espera desnecessária.
Pros:

Do conforto e tamanho do quarto; a localização é outro ponto positivo.

Cons:

Ao realizar a reserva, disse que chegaria entre 14 e 15h. Me atrasei e acabei chegando às 15h15 e o quarto não estava pronto. Apenas depois de meia hora foi que consegui pegar os cartões de acesso. Para uma diária que não é barata, esse atraso é absurdo.

Hotel razoável, mas impossível domir com Ar condicionado ligado.

O quarto é amplo e espaçoso e a limpeza quando solicitada foi impecável, o café da manhã é bem completo e a localização também é excelente o hotel fica uma quadra da praia.

Cons:

Evite o hotel em dias quentes, pois é impossível dormir com o ar condicionado ligado. Em dois quartos que nos colocaram houve a mesma situação. Simplesmente a instalação da condensadora de ar fica na frente da janela do quarto e emite um barulho ensurdecedor.

Buen hotel pero algo desvencijado y atención al cliente muy variable
Cons:

El personal en el momento del checkin no estuvo a la altura, no entendiendo que tenía dos reservas por separado y que yo no quería cambiar de habitación. Tuve que insistir varias vaces al día siguiente para confirmar que no iba a haber problemas

The staff was very polite and friendly

The lobby looks nice, but don't get trapped.

This hotel is supposed to be a 4-Star-Hotel, most probably they got their stars on ebay.

Cost-Value experience was not good, way to expensive for what is offered. The hotel is old and smells bad, it is not cleaned up very well either. I do not recommend it for 350R$ per night.

Rooftop bar closes to soon and the view is also bad. The pool didn't look very clean and the gym on top is very very small. All the pictures of the rooms do not correspond with reality.

There are no whirl pools in the rooms, those are old dirty yellowed bathtubs and when you turn on the pressure it smells like s***. Water temperature was a science between cold and hot.

Elevators are also not working well , too old, i trust they were never maintained.

A small espresso at the breakfast was charged extra

Please believe that the photos are not equivalent to reality - i regret that I booked straight away 10 nights there so I couldn't change the hotel because they didn't want to refund.

Super recomendado.
Pros:

Olá a um Mês atrás me hospedei com filhas e netos no Mirasol .
Fomos muito recebidos por todos amei td .
Os netos crianças um bebê de 8meses e dois adolescentes amaram.
A minha mesa no café da manhã já era preparada com o caderão pra pequena Mel .
Muito obrigada a tds .Voltarei com certeza .
