Estrutura ruim.
Pros:

Eu não cheguei a me hospedar. Entrei no quarto e o ar condicionado não funcionava.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava. Pedi para trocar e o recepcionista falou que poderia me passar para um quarto bem menor sem mencionar diminuição do valor da diária. Eu pedi o estorno no cartão de crédito e fui pra outro hotel.

Really good location, pricey because of Carnival, good breakfast, Old TV ( not Smart)
Pros:

Location was really good, the breakfast was good as well with a lot of options, the room was spacious enough, the only thing that could be better was the TV, it was too old and wasn't a Smart TV

Cons:

TV of the room was too old, not it wasn't smart so we couldn't watch streaming or other entertainment that we would like to during the night

Atendimento excepcional, ótimo café da manhã e localização perfeita.

Cons:

O único problema foi o elevador quebrado que causou muita demora e desconforto para transitar pelo hotel.

Mirasol, bajando su calidad?
Pros:

La ubicación, la habitación exclusiva en que estuvimos

Cons:

Un edificio muy grande contaba solo con dos elevadores y uno estuvo los 3 días en reparación por lo que los tiempos de espera eran altísimos para un hotel de alto vuelo un precio muy alto a pagar en comodidad y Comfort, personal no siempre con buena actitud para con clientes extranjeros que no manejan el idioma local

Gostei muito do trato da equipe do hotel fomos muito bem recebidos. O quarto muito lindo, a cama de casal gigante de um conforto sem igual. Café da manhã bem variado e que vc come muito e bem. A área de lazer no rooftop do hotel com uma vista linda. Experiência nota 10.

Cons:

Nada de tão importante, mas hotel com supercapacidade, mas apenas um elevador de 2 funcionando, o que gerou filas, muita espera pra conseguir usar o elevador. Mas como estava em andar baixo isso nao me encomendou tanto. Pois descia de escada.

1 A limpeza ficou a desejar, corredores com restos de comida.
2 Apenas um elevador em funcionamento em um final de semana de hotel com lotação máxima.
3 Alguns funcionários estavam de mal-humor.
