Fab place would happily return. Close to Ausch which is worth visiting.
Pros:

Superb surroundings and lovely buildings. The warmest pool we encountered in France on this trip. The restaurant is just superb. The food was wonderful and the service perfection. It was also very good value. There is also electric car charging available.

Cons:

The terrace of our room needs some attention. There were screws sticking up from the wooden decking that would benefit from some repair.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre spacieuse. Propreté correcte (attention aux vitres qui sont sales). Salle à manger simple et agréable. Personnel très professionnel et à l'écoute : merci beaucoup

Cons:

Amuse bouche et mignardises identiques tous les soirs (nous sommes restés 4 soirs). Nous aurions aimé de la diversité 😏. Deux soirs de suite, dessert au chocolat. Dernière journée au domaine : espace piscine/détente envahi par des jeunes personnes qui se sont cru seuls ( mariageprévule lendemain)...mon mari et moi n'avons pas pu nous reposer et lire tranquillement. Aucun personnel du domaine n'est venu leur dire quoi que ce soit... Dernier dîner au domaine, nous avons eu du risotto et comme dessert......du riz au lait ! Quel dommage cetterépétition ! Nous avons été déçu au vu des 4 étoiles du domaine.

Was expecting a quiet country house type hotel - instead found a slightly tired conference hotel.
Pros:

Food was excellent at restaurant although we struggled to get a table. Staff were helpful and offered to change our room when building work was happening next to our room. The alternative room was much nicer - the first being painted deep black!

Cons:

The general layout and extensive wooden decking is very worn and tired. This is really a business/conference hotel. It is possible to walk into Auch but the way is unlit and there is no pavement. Good business hotel, not so good for a quiet break. You must also like cats as loads roaming around.

Pros:

La struttura non è per niente al livello di un hotel di 4 stelle. I giardini non erano curati. La stanza sembrava una stanza di un hotel di autostrada.
E la ‘chicca’ era avere la vista e ma l’odore dí escrementi di asino appena fuori il balcone. Ha veramente deluso e la reazione dal personale molto difensiva invece di scusarsi o remediare

Au calme
Pros:

Un emplacement au sommet d’une colline gersoise à quelques minutes de la ville. Une architecture sympathique mélangeant des bâtiments anciens et nouveaux. Le restaurant était parfait.

Cons:

La climatisation un peu faible et non réglable depuis la chambre en cette période de canicule surtout avec une chambre exposée sud.

Le lieu, calme et spacieux, avec peu de monde.
La piscine chauffée, très agréable.
Et le restaurant, une belle découverte !

Está un poco descuidado y el spa en realidad es solo un jacuzzi con una sauna. El precio muy elevado para los servicios quedan.

Pros:

La situation est très belle au milieu de la campagne. La salle de Restaurant est très jolie y compris pour le petit déjeuner car malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu y dîner.

Cons:

L’odeur de moisi de notre chambre. La conception de la salle de bain avec des carrelages très austères et une vasque mal agencée. L’absence de gamelle pour les chiens malgré le supplément.
La qualité du petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix de produits, laits ou pain.

La piscine est très agréable, le site est magnifique, le petit dej exceptionnel, le personnel très souriant.

Cons:

Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu de table à leur restaurant gastronomique, j’aurais apprécié qu’on nous propose la réservation d’une table au moment de la réservation des chambres.
