Cons:

Llegué a las 23:10h después de un largo día de reuniones. No pude cenar, no tenían ningún servicio de nada a partir de las 23:00h, ni siquiera de alimentos fríos. Para colmo, tampoco había minibar por lo que ni pude tomar un refresco y un snack. Un servicio pésimo para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Would recommend.
Pros:

We stayed in room 331 which had a private balcony overlooking the Alhambra which we thought was the best view in the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bar was lovely and staff were friendly.

Cons:

We were stuck in hotel because of very bad weather and found the food menu a bit restrictive in choice. The location was excellent for the Alhambra but a long very steep walk from town.

Below expectations but nice view
Pros:

Good option if you’re planning to visit Alhambra (around 5 minutes of walking), the view was amazing, and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

- Rooms are small
- The level of cleanliness was not as expected
- Far from the main city (15 minutes of walking through stairs)
- Daily charge of 25€ to park your car

Pros:

I loved the interiors of the Hotel. The suite is spacious with spectacular view of Granada and its mountains. Walking down to the city center in the beautiful weather is amazing.

Cons:

It’s not allowed to drive in Granada city by foreigners which is not a problem. You need a taxi to come back to the hotel because it’s not easy to walk uphill. Good that taxi cars are available and reasonably priced

Pros:

A localização permite chegar ao Palácio Nazaries, principal atração de Granada, em 10 minutos a pé. Fundamental ter marcado o horário da visita com antecedência! O hotel é lindo, parece uma extensão de Alhambra. Jantei no restaurante do hotel, fenomenal.

Hôtel qui n'a plus du palace que son ancien nom.

Cons:

Hotel qui n'a de palace plus que le nom... Vétuste et obsolète. La décoration de notre chambre était vraiment ringarde et cheap malheureusement. Endroit et vue superbe mais il faudrait injecter des moyens dans la remise au net. Luxe absent.

Classic hotel worthy to be in the shadows of Alhambra
Pros:

The location was fantastic as it is a 300 meter walk to the entrance of Alhambra. The interior is designed exceptionally well with Moorish inspired decor. Our room had the original tile floors from 1910 and nice balcony looking over Granada.

Cons:

As much as the location is fantastic, it is difficult to navigate to with all the restricted access roads. You need to make sure to follow the directions given by the hotel if driving back car.
