Common areas were lovely, view was great close to the palace & staff very friendly

Bedroom was dated, the air conditioner rattled constantly and the bathrooms could be updated/ cleaned more thoroughly

Super Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Granada
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel im maurischen Stil, der wunderschön gestaltete Frühstücksraum bzw. das Restaurant bietet einen außergewöhnlichen Blick auf Granada , das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent, , die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf die Alhambra ist perfekt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war groß (positiv) aber
etwas ungemütlich eingerichtet, aber das war in Anbetracht der Schönheit des Hotels zu verschmerzen

Красивый отель с историей у самого входа в Альгамбру, лучшие времена которого, кажется, прошли
Pros:

Самый главный плюс - расположение: прямо напротив входа в замок Альгамбра.
Этот отель исторический - построен в 1910 году, так что сам по себе достопримечательность. Невероятный вид с холма на город открывается с террасы ресторана/бара.
Возможность жить семьей в одном большом номере (как квартира) с двумя полноценными комнатами и террасой.

Cons:

Отель немолод, как и его посетители - в основном европейские обеспеченные пенсионеры. На завтраке наша семья была единственной с детьми. Сами завтраки достаточно средние, вода как из под крана, кофе не варят, а сам наливаешь из машины.
Номера большие, но без изысков, кровати не очень удобные, в ванной из принадлежностей только шампунь и гель для душа - выдается один раз за весь приезд. Ватных палочек, дисков, кондиционера нет.
Мало воды в номере (по 0.33 в день на человека)

Hotel is prachtig! Locatie geweldig…. Enige minpuntje: we verheugden ons op dakterras waarmee geadverteerd wordt maar dat is niet voor alle hotelgasten .. alleen voor paar suites in gebruik

Pros:

Nos billets pour l’Alhambra ont été annulés la veille au soir. L’hôtel a réussi à nous trouver une visite guidée du jour au lendemain. Bravo et merci beaucoup.

Considering the hotel has 5 stars, I am a little disappointed in the services offered. Not quite 5 stars for us.
Pros:

The history, beautiful interior decor, its opulence.

Cons:

Hard bed, hard pillows, no space in bathroom to place toiletries etc, self service breakfast buffet, having a wooden Starbucks style stirrer in the room for your coffee instead of a teaspoon.

Très déçu, je me suis fait voler et je pense que vous devriez revoir vos notes sur cet établissement
Pros:

Rien, chambre très petite pour 350 € salle de bain miniature et pas très propre pour un hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles
Très déçu du restaurant
Ont aval pas fini l’apéritif qu’ils nous a ont apporté les plats
Et sur la cuisine je donnerai une note de 3/10

Cons:

RIEN à parti la situation et le personnel à la réception tout le reste est négatif les chambres minuscule la salle de bain n’en parlons pas

J’ai 80 ans j’ai voyagé dans le monde entier l’Alhanbra palace il faut juste retirer le mot palace

Luxury hotel ticking all the boxes for a great stay
Pros:

Fantastic building with superb interiors. Room was amazing with comfortable bed and facilities you would expect from a luxury hotel. Great location also.

Perfect a ten out of ten break
Pros:

The bathroom was gorgeous and the whole vibe of the hotel was perfect. staff were fabulous nothing negative. Really great view and only 10m minutes to Alhambra Palace and 5 minutes to town - perfect

Cons:

Nothing really, being picky some of the carpets were worn, perhaps some spaces are due a freshen up- but it really didn't impact!
If you don't like to climb a hill then you would need to get the bus or a taxi as it is quite a strenuous climb
