Not enough facilities for 5 star hotel, it lacks pool and hamam etc

Restaurant, bar en ontbijt waren in orde
Kwaliteit van de kamer was de prijs niet waard. Kleine kamer voor 500 euro per nacht. Minibar was leeg, kan niet voor een 5 sterren hotel.

zu Fuss zur Alhambra ist sehr okay.......
Alhambra közelsége és a szobából nyíló panoráma ablak a városra az nagyon tetszett. Bár, ha valaki több napra érkezik Granadába akkor inkább a városban foglaljon szállást, mert úgyis taxiznia kell. Tetszett még a finom, friss puha törülköző és papucs.
A szálloda designja már kicsit elavult. Voltak benne felújítások a lobby bútorzatában, de a szobában ( king lakosztály) lévő berendezés nagyon idejét múlt és rossz minőségű, rideg hangulat, csúnya szőnyeg. Valaha jobb napokat megélt szálloda nem hozza az ötcsillagos minősítést semmilyen szinten.
Régi szőnyegek, burkolatok, műanyag mosdó, papírvékonyságú falak, rossz minőségű és ízű bár ételek csillagászati áron. A reggeli választék az nagy, de rossz, ízetlen alapanyagok semmiképpen sem ötcsillagos.
Az egész hotelre a szobákra és a szolgáltatásokra is ráférne a felújítás. Nem elégíti ki a mai idők magas minőségi elvárásait.

El hotel por dentro es muy bonito
Al llegar no hay rampa para subir maletas,es un caos la entrada con los coches, la recepción muy mal ,ni nos ayudaron a subir las maletas,no te ofrecen un refrigerio,te lo tienes que poner tú ,agua en un vaso de cartón. No hay zona para fumadores.
