L accueil on a était bien accueilli et je reviendrai car c'était propre très beau on avais accès à tout salle de sport sauna c'était vraiment bien et en plus en face de l hôpital de très pratique pour mon fils .on reviendra dans cette hôtel l année prochaine.

J'ai pu profiter de l'espace salon confortable avant le check in et après le check out de la chambre. la réceptionniste a gentiment accepté de garder ma valise en bagagerie après que j'ai rendu la chambre, ce qui m'a permis de finir ma formation sans être encombrée.

Cons:

j'ai signalé dès le soir de mon arrivée que les deux spots de la kitchenette ne fonctionnaient pas. la réceptionniste m'a dit qu'elle était déjà au courant et n'avait pas de technicien le lendemain pour les changer. j'ai passé deux nuits à l'appart hotel. Ils n'ont pas été changés... Etant restée longtemps dans le salon d'accueil avamt le check in j'ai pu observer que le réceptionniste s'adressait assez rudement aux clients sur place ou au téléphone. les deux dames réceptionnistes après mon check out ont été synpa avec moi mais parfois très sèches à la limite de l'impolitesse au téléphone avec les clients.
