EL TRATO DE LA RECEPCIONISTA FUE PESIMO.... ME PUSO MUCHOS PEROS A LA HORA DEL REGISTRO, ME HIZO HACER CANCELACION, PQ NO ENCONTRABA MI RESERVACION. TUVE QUE HACER OTRA RESERVACION AL MOMENTO. LA HABITACION QUE ME DIO, OLIA MUCHO A HUMEDAD POR LO QUE LE PEDI DE FAVOR QUE ME CAMBIARA DE HABITACION Y ME TACHO DE MENTIROSA, ME DIJO QUE NO ERA POSIBLE LO QUE ESTABA DICIENDO, TARDE UNA HORA PARA MI REGISTRO; FUERON MUCHAS LAS SITUACIONES. LAS SEÑORAS DE SERVICIO MUY AMABLES, LA OTRA RECEPCIONISTA MUY AMABLE TRATRANDO DE COMPONER TODO EL DESASTRE QUE HIZO SU COMPAÑERA. LA PISCINA NO ESTABA HABILITADA. ESTA ES MI TERCERA OCASIÓN Y YA SE NOTA EL DETERIODO EN PAREDES. DEBEN DE PONER ATENCION, YA QUE ES UN HOTEL QUE TIENE POTENCIAL.

Pros:

La comodidad de la cama y el silencio absoluto por las noches, y la perfecta atención de los trabajadores en el turno nocturno, sin olvidar el amplio estacionamiento.

Cons:

La cerradura de la abitacion falló muchas veces la tarjeta se desprogramaba mucho y costaba abrir.

Es Bonito, cómodo, la alberca es amigable .

Cons:

No limpian la alberca diario. Estuve 3 días y solo el primer día estuvo transparente, los días siguientes turbia. Hubo mucha gente y no se tomaron el compromiso de filtrarla como debería de ser.

Cuando llegue no servía el servicio cable de la pantalla y tanto las pantallas como el sistema de cable están obsoletas, ya que no cuentan con Streaming. Me dijeron que me proporcionarían una pantalla con Streaming y nunca me la proporcionaron.

Alberca y Streaming son muy importantes cuando llevas niños.
