El personal, los cuartos sucios y con chinches y cucarachas

The pool area is much smaller and less nice than the photos make it seem. I almost didn’t recognize it. When I was checking in, they did this thing where the booking price is quoted in pesos and then they charged me in US dollars. It was late, I was frazzled and as I was pushing the button I thought, that price is high, that’s not what I agreed to, only later when I was checking the price again on booking did I realize they’d used the old scam of using their ‘own’ conversion rate that was like $10 higher than the current rate. Then we ended up in a room with an AC that made a terrible racket, I’m talking like a jackhammer sound, it spit water all over the floor and had mold in it and barely offered air. But we didn’t realize until it was late at night and we were already in our pajamas. We tried turning it off but it was sweltering, we tried using headphones or earplugs to cover the sound but it didn’t cut it. My poor child didn’t go to sleep till past 11pm because of it, complaining the whole time. Finally sometime in the night, it gave up the ghost and died and we woke up sweltering again. When I asked them for a refund or discount because we’d had a terrible night and didn’t have the amenities we paid for and were supposed to have, and dealt with this crazy noise, they refused because we’d stayed the whole night. What was I supposed to do, pack up my eight year old and all our stuff in the middle of the night and try to find another hotel? The whole reason we were there was to have AC on a 93 degree day. They didn’t even really apologize or offer anything to make up for their failure to provide the basics of a usable room or a decent nights sleep.

Y la higiene de lo peor, había cucarachas y chinches por lo que mejor optamos por retirarnos, ¿Como pueden brindar un servicio así de pésimo?

En la habitación asignada había una cucaracha, lo reporte, me cambiaron a la habitación de a lado y salió peor, 2 cucarachas ahí, las mate, pero ya no descanse agusti, la alberca no es como la pintan en la promoción del hotel, no volvería ni de broma a ese hotel

Sólo detalles, al llegar a la habitación, había varios animalitos muertos en las paredes y techo, pero ahi estaban, lo que me hace pensar que no limpian tan seguido, también parecía que había un chicle pegado en el piso de la regadera.

ESTACIONAMIENTO MUY PEQUEÑO

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo ou de bouilloire dans la chambre. L'ensemble du personnel était sympathique sauf Perla qui ne voulait clairement pas rendre service, même pour chauffer un peu d'eau ou donner une information.

Me cancelaron la reserva sin previo aviso, al llegar a las 9 de la noche mi habitación que reserve por dos noches me la cancelaron sin previo aviso y ya no tenían otra disponible tuve que buscar un hotel caminando en la noche con un niño de 6 años

Las habitaciones sucias, con olor a humedad y el agua olía muy mal, el personal con respuesta nula ante los inconvenientes

Demasiado austero, se entiende el precio pero tal vez un poco de detalles

Las camas porque rechinaban, se ve que ya son muy viejas, me gusto que el estacioniento esta a un lado y que te puedes estacionar justo el hotel para descargar tus maletas, la alberca esta grade y bonita.

El estacionamiento no es del hotel, alquilan un espacio adjunto.
