Alberca y habitacion
No sé pudo ver nada de la programación de la TV
La alberca estaba muy sucia y uno de los colchones muy incomodo

El trato de la recepción, las instalaciones se ven muy deterioradas, en una ocasión no hubo agua hasta el siguiente día, no había agua caliente de noche.
No subieron agua y no nos pudimos bañar todos cuando llegamos, quien alcanzó a bañarse fue con agua fría, la taza de baño nos servía, y la alberca estaba sucia. La chica que nos recibió, fue de muy mala gana
Buenas instalaciones el personal fatal
No te dan llaves de la habitación todo el tiempo ellos te tienen que abrir, pedí una habitación con 3 camas la actual una cama no tenía ni sabanas ni colchas ni almohadas fui a recepción y me dijeron que ellos no dan nada solo en el cuarto de lavado y de una forma prepotente que no era error de ellos fue mío por llegar después de las 3 de la tarde y ellos no pueden ayudarte en nada, pesimo servicio de verdad no contraten acá en este hotel
La ubicación, está en el centro y queda cerca caminando y por el costo está muy bien.

EL TRATO DE LA RECEPCIONISTA FUE PESIMO.... ME PUSO MUCHOS PEROS A LA HORA DEL REGISTRO, ME HIZO HACER CANCELACION, PQ NO ENCONTRABA MI RESERVACION. TUVE QUE HACER OTRA RESERVACION AL MOMENTO. LA HABITACION QUE ME DIO, OLIA MUCHO A HUMEDAD POR LO QUE LE PEDI DE FAVOR QUE ME CAMBIARA DE HABITACION Y ME TACHO DE MENTIROSA, ME DIJO QUE NO ERA POSIBLE LO QUE ESTABA DICIENDO, TARDE UNA HORA PARA MI REGISTRO; FUERON MUCHAS LAS SITUACIONES. LAS SEÑORAS DE SERVICIO MUY AMABLES, LA OTRA RECEPCIONISTA MUY AMABLE TRATRANDO DE COMPONER TODO EL DESASTRE QUE HIZO SU COMPAÑERA. LA PISCINA NO ESTABA HABILITADA. ESTA ES MI TERCERA OCASIÓN Y YA SE NOTA EL DETERIODO EN PAREDES. DEBEN DE PONER ATENCION, YA QUE ES UN HOTEL QUE TIENE POTENCIAL.
