The hotel is located on a quiet road close to the town center. There is parking for cars available in front of the hotel. The breakfast offers a lot of great choices and the espresso machine from Lavazza makes great coffee.

The hotel is central, being a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was good and the rooms decent sized and comfortable.

Had a great experience in atacama. The rooms were very comfortable especially the premium one. Out of the atacama hotels this one had a great atmosphere / rooms for its price. I would highly recommend! Also walking distance to town

Great location, staff and breakfast. The massage service was reasonable and very good. No ac but the ceiling fan was good. The room was needing painting and updating but it was comfortable.

Brian Neira was the best part of this experience. He is an absolute pleasure to be around and to work with. He is professional, resourceful, goes above and beyond the call of duty to make guests's feel welcome. The level of service that he gives makes the place feel like a 5-star establishment. He is the model employee and should train the other staff, especially Andrea at the front desk. Andrea is unhelpful and uninterested. We practically begged her to help us book a transport from the hotel to CJC. It took almost 5 days of back and forth via email and, at the end, we had to find our own transport. If we weren't resourceful people, we would have been stuck and she was uncovered and uninterested.
I hope the establishment is doing everything in its power to keep Brian. He is an asset.

Aesthetically pleasing property. After 5 days in the Bolivian Desert we were looking forward to this oasis just across the border. We checked in for one night to do a star gazing tour then catch a flight to Santiago.

Prior to arrival we were in contact with Andrea at the front desk and she simply was not helpful when it came to trying to assisting us to arrange departure airport transfers and night sky tours. She was actually borderline unnecessarily difficult. IN TOTAL CONTRAST BRIAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Given we arrived at 4p and would leave at 8am, he helped us to book appointments at the spa, reserve the sauna, gave tips on how to use the iPhone for night shots, talked about the neighborhood and things to do and of course showed us our room.

We had Room #4 which has a perfect view to the pool. Loved the indoor outdoor feel of the shower and the open plan of the room (just note there's no privacy between the bedroom and bathroom). The bed and pillows were soft an there was enough space not to feel cramped.

At the pool the sun felt amazing, too bad there were no towels or pool staff visible. The jacuzzi was a great idea in theory except there were no bubbles or obvious controls or staff to help. The pool was freezing which is probably awesome in warm weather (not March!) Skies were crystal clear and the sun was sunning...so all was well. The welcome drinks tickets were a nice touch so we had pisco sours (not bad for a neighbor).

The on site spa is separately managed. They have a well stocked spa menu including sound bath bowls. We opted for deep tissue massages (you'll need it after the bumpy ride from Uyuni to San Pedro Atacama). The massage felt more like the mixed massage of light and soft. But no energy to complain and was grateful to whatever the hands could do.

We never made it to the sauna but be sure to book it after 6:30p since it's solar powered and Brian said that's when you'll get the best experience.

The food was pretty good. Give yourself time to enjoy a leisurely dinner (we didn't) because everything is made to order and takes 30min to make. We scoffed down shrimp pasta to make it to our tour on time.

The tour desk (a different Andrea) pre booked the night sky tour (we went with the STARS & FIRE experience) and it was worth the drive. We saw the Milky Way --we planned it for the new moon since no moon in sky enhances the experience-- and we lucked up and had zero clouds as well. You'll have a fireside chat, wine and cheese, telescope views of planets and constellations and a small ancestral veneration fire ceremony to participate in if you'd like.

WARNING: We woke up at 6:30a to no water in the ENTIRE TOWN (doesn't bode well for morning routine). It came back on around 8am --seems like it happens often so the hotel should have warned us and possibly provided water buckets for the toilets or something.)

A sanctuary of calm amongst an amazing (but very busy destination) the rooms were very spacious and cleaned immaculately every day. Staff are very friendly and helpful, social shoutout to Andrea who couldn’t do enough for us. Max 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed spending four nights at this hotel. It is an odd place in a way with low and somewhat worn buildings but it is in character with the town. The room (standard room 31) was also a bit rustic and worn but it had character too, was comfortable, and we liked it. The small outdoor courtyard is with high walls and completely without a view – it's an odd way of designing a courtyard – but at least we did have a small private outdoor space. The shower is very big and really nice. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner a couple of times – cosy and nice food.

We felt very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
