Venue, facilities location and staff

Cons:

I was awoken twice during the night in the early hours after midnight by someone operating a vacuum cleaner in or around the room immediately above my bedroom. The response from the night porter was not encouraging requesting that I again called him when the noise started so he could locate the noise? Surely, this could not be a great? But another member of staff preparing a room. Very disappointing, frustrating and tiring 😫

Very comfortable stay. Large room. Clean.
Pros:

Lovely building and grounds. Large room and bathroom. Both clean. Tea and coffee available. Tv. Large comfy bed. Staff friendly. Food in The Stables superb.

A nice country hotel in a convenient location with good onsite pub.
Pros:

A nice country hotel, we had a great room with a large balcony and it was good value for money. Breakfast was great as was the pub on site. Would stay there again.

A good overall experience but repairs necessary
Pros:

The hotel is in lovely grounds
All staff i encountered were polite and friendly
The room was a big size
Nice restaurant and outside courtyard

Cons:

Carpet in wedding room poor in places,I actually caught my heel on it at one point (front left by window)
Some other areas of carpet were tired and noticeable tears can be seen
Tiled floor in corridor was cracked and some loose bits unfortunately let the aestetic down
Bathroom floor grout needs repair by bath room 45

Quiet and relaxing stay.
Pros:

A lovely, very spacious room in an attractive building. Breakfast was served in a separate but equally stylish building and offered an excellent selection of food.

We will be returning!
Pros:

The staff where absolutely amazing. We had the most diligent service staff who looked after our room, it was cleaned everyday and they were so considerate!
The front receptionist was an absolute delight, he was incredibly helpful and kind.
The facilities where well kept and we felt completely relaxed! One of the best weekend get-away's we've ever had. What a relief!
The connected restaurants food and service where also a delight.
The room was incredibly spacious.

Cons:

It would have been useful to have more information about arranging dinner at the local restaurant through the hotel ahead of time. We were informed by the restaurant that we were entitled to a discount which was great to find out! But would have helped planning ahead of time.

The hot tub buttons didn't always work/ respond/ allow us to use all the functions. This could maybe do with some testing.

A wonderful stay in a superb hotel.
Pros:

My room was simply splendid. I have never spent a night in a bigger hotel bed room. The en-suite bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms I have slept in. The facilities in the bedroom were exceptional. The breakfast was superb, with a huge range of options. I chose the Eggs Benedict, which was marvellous. I would recommend this hotel to everyone wishing to stay in he Aldershot and Sandhurst area.
