Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Très belle chambre avec une vue magnifique.
Très beau jacuzzi sur la terrasse du toit

Cons:

Rien (sauf peut-être le parking un peu étroit)

Très bonne découverte
Pros:

Hôtel confortable avec une vue magnifique de notre chambre au 5eme étage.
Le 6 ème étage avec salon, piscine, spa et terrasse est très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon aussi.

Cons:

Des patères pour accrocher les vêtements à la salle de bain seraient les bienvenues ainsi qu'un porte savon sur le lavabo.

Pros:

L'emplacement central de l'établissement.

Cons:

Le personnel n'était pas toujours présent dans l'établissement notamment à la réception. Le parking étroit et pas facile d'accès. Le rideau de douche vieux et défraichi, (qui a été remplacé). Chasse des WC difficile à atteindre, obligation d'abaisser la cuvette.

Très agréable séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos demandes. La piscine et le sauna sont un plus très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est gourmand avec des produits locaux. L'emplacement est central. Les chambres sont propres, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire.

Cons:

Léger bémol sur la qualité des matelas, peut-être un peu dur.

Idéal !
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour l'été.
En ville, au centre de tout, et très calme en même temps.
Vue magnifique, prestations top.
Personnel très delicat, chaleureux et attentionné.

Cons:

Difficultés pour se garer. Parking de l'hôtel payant.

The view from the balcony

Cons:

Very unfriendly reception from the start. After inspecting our room, we had a few complaints and they were not taken seriously by the person at reception until her colleague stepped in and then looked at the dirty spots and broken light we were complaining about. We also had the problem that all labels were removed from pillows so we could not verify if they were indeed without feathers as stated by reception and needed due to an allergy. The room we were initially given had almost no view, three single beds instead of one double requested and thus almost no space left. Upon complaining about the stains in the bathroom etc. we got another room with a great view and double bed, so thanks to the lady who arranged that. That room still was not as clean or comfortable as one would expect for the price and the balcony smelled of mould. The bathroom only had a bathtub with a very short hose for the shower head. All in all we did not feel welcome at all and it greatly reduced the quality of our stay in Fond Romeu. When receiving a questionnaire about our stay the day before our departure we raised these points but no response from the hotel. We have to say we did not use the spa area, so we cannot judge it.
