Séjour de rêve dans une Quinta magnifique !
Pros:

Séjour de rêve pour notre dernier jour à Madère ! Hôtel splendide et très confortable, dans un site magnifique, extrèmement bien entretenu, au milieu des vignes et surplombant l'océan. Personnel très professionnel et aux petits soins. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Piscine intérieure très agréable et bien chauffée, idem pour le jacuzzi et le sauna. Par contre, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu utiliser le bassin extérieur car l'eau était glacée. Buffet petit déjeuner et dîner au restaurant excellents, avec un très grand choix. Nous reviendrons !

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, man ist mit dem Auto schnell an vielen Trails.
Das Hotel selber ist makellos: sauber, bietet alles an, das Frühstück hervorragen, Pool, Sauna, einfach alles was man sich wünschen kann. Das Personal ist so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir reisen viel umher aber müssen uns wirklich gestehen, dass das einer der besten Hotels war die wir je auf einer Reise hatten. Einzigartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Posizione ottima con panorama eccezionale - colazione dolce e salata con preparazione al momento di pan cake uova ed omelette - Bello e completo l'assortimento del buffet - Giardino e vigna .

Cons:

Il ristorante è un po' caro e la mancia con opzione di scelta è inserita nello scontrino - non ci ha soddisfatti- Nelle stanze forse si potrebbe migliorare l'illuminazione

Pros:

Les équipements sont incroyables (piscine, transat et jaccuzi). Il y a également des activités gratuites auxquelles on peut participer comme un verre de bienvenue ou un atelier dégustation de vin. La chambre était très confortable et le personnel agréable. La vue est juste époustouflante !

Cons:

Nous avons dîné lors de notre deuxième nuit au restaurant de l'hôtel et avons souffert d'une intoxication alimentaire. Heureusement le personnel a très bien réagi et ce repas ne nous a pas été facturé. Deuxième point est que le gel douche et shampoing ne sont pas séparés, et sont présentés dans un espèce de distributeur en plastique qui fait assez cheap.

The location and staff are the best: Great people and the view is simply amazing. Breakfast is also really good and we especially liked that you can sit and eat until 11:30 and not feel rushed. This and the late check out time are a real treat!
