mucho ruido en las habitaciones de la primera planta , pasan las maletas, , pasan los niños gritando y por la mañana desde temprano te despiertan, se los dije y les dio igual, habia pedido una habitacion con balcon , me dieron una con terraza, ahi no hay intimidad alguna, se oyen los vecinos de las otras terrazas y pasan por delante de la tuya durante toda la tarde

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location with lovely staff
Pros:

Good sized room with balcony and a big bathroom. Lots of storage space. Beautiful (cold) pool next to the viewpoint. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety and friendly breakfast staff.

Cons:

The AC/heater didn’t work but they told us that they are currently doing an upgrade/renovation. We opened the balcony door at night so that was fine for us and we didn’t mind.

The hotel was bigger then expected.
The restaurant and pizzeria next to the hotel (and part of the hotel), where way to overpriced for the delivered quality and portion compaired to other restaurants on the island. I would advise to eat somewhere else.

Très bel endroit, bien situé, super bien entretenu, chambres très confortables, balcon avec table et chaises, petit déjeuner tip top, personnel pro

Le restaurant ! Une salle de gare ...
La vue ok, évidemment...
Mais le poisson du jour à 26 euros, portion congrue et purée liquide..à la truffe ?
Déception au regard des appréciations sur le net..
Ou non conforme à la pub du magazine qui se trouve par hasard dans votre chambre..Quelle coïncidence...

Un check out où l'on vous indique que le service a été rajouté entre temps ⌛️ et qu'il fallait décocher une case dont on ne vous parle pas a priori...tellement facile...
Pourquoi ne pas faire l'inverse et demander de cocher la case ?

Die Lage über den Klippen lohnt den Aufenthalt in dieser Quinta!
Pros:

Die Ambiance in diesem alten Herrenhaus ist beeindruckend. Die Blumensträusse im Eingangsbereich sind einmalig.
Unser Zimmer verfügte über einen kleinen Rasenplatz mit Liegestühlen. Die Aussicht über die Klippen ist phänomenal! Der Gutsbetrieb (z.B. Rebberge, Gemüsepflanzungen, verschiedene Gebäude) kann mit kurzen Spaziergängen erkundet werden.
Das Restaurant ist ein wenig abseits und verfügt über eine schöne, schmale Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer.

My "coup de coeur " during my trip in Madeira
Pros:

- The breathtaking view from the balcony you can access by foot right away
- The most friendly staff
- The most delicious breakfast, with fresh ingredients and a large choice in every category
- The best gastronomy in the evening made from organic food ( to tell the truth, in the restaurant of the hotel as well as in the bar for lunch, everything's tremendous... I had a delicious dish, the best margarita ever, and a yummy 4 heures)
- Mini-bar, Nespresso machine with capsules
- Welcome courtesy
- Very interesting workshops every day to learn about Madeira
- Bathrobe and big towels for the swimming pools and spa plus other leisure and sport facilities

To sum up: perfect !
