Tolle Unterkunft mit bestem Blick aufs Meer

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, das Personal sehr nett und das Frühstück sehr lecker.

Cons:

Der Sport- und Wellness Bereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das gilt insbesondere für die Sauna. Im Gym fehlt eine Hantelbank.

Es war Erholung pur für uns.
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im Norden von Madeira. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind extrem sauber, wir waren schon in Hotels mit mehr Sternen, bei denen die Sauberkeit ein Problem war. Hier ist alles perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas an. Wir waren auch mehrmals im hoteleigenen Restaurant und der Pizzeria. Die Preise sind relativ gehoben, die Speisen aber außergewöhnlich gut. Auch hier ist das Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Pros:

Location and the view are exceptional. People in the staff are great. Breakfast is extremely delicious. The parking is never full, restaurants are with great view and tasty food.

Cons:

Well, actually in any other case I would be complaining a lot, but because of all of the pluses it was all manageable. But in our room we had a very creaking bed, not working coffee machine and smelly pillows. Everything was fixed expect if the bed, but they made it less noisy so we could sleep. But again - the hotel is just great. If we ever come back to the island we would definitely be back to the hotel.

Paz e aconchego
Pros:

Muito honestamente gostei de tudo no geral, mas o que me surpreendeu foi a beleza do lugar, a paz e serenidade. O facto de não se ouvir barulho nenhum durante a noite. Outra coisa relevante, o horário do pequeno almoço e ainda a música ambiente de um senhor que tocava piano. Muito lindo. E finalmente o staff, todos muito atenciosos sem excepção, incluindo os do restaurante.

Cons:

O que realmente me desagradou foi as almofadas que para mim eram desconfortáveis. E o facto da cama não ter um lençol para se cobrir e sim o edredom. Acho que deveria ter as duas coisas na altura de verão uma vez que nem toda a gente consegue dormir com edredom. Mas isso depois varia consoante o gosto do cliente. Assim como também as almofadas. De resto nada apontar!!!

Paisible et reposant
Pros:

J’ai aimé le cadre, l’hôtel tout en haut de la falaise entourée de vignes. L’équipement était super dont sa piscine à l’extérieur, piscine chauffée à l’intérieur avec un jacuzzi à disposition. Une jolie salle de sport bien équipée. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était top avec ses plats délicieux. Le personnel était professionnel et serviable.
