Spent 2 nights here as I was attending a concert in GelreDome. Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms and plenty of (free) parking on site.

I like the ubicación, the room was good but the lady from reception was rude.😓😓
I was quite disappointed with the way the checkout situation was handled. Our checkout time was 11:30, and we were only around 15 minutes late because my wife was still finishing her shower. I completely understand that we were late and that the hotel has a checkout time, so I have no problem with being reminded if I forgot to inform.
However, at around 11:45, I received a call from reception asking if I had forgotten to check out and telling me that I had only 5 minutes to leave. The tone of the conversation felt unnecessarily angry and rude.
What surprised me even more was that she mentioned that there could be an extra charge if we stayed longer. I was honestly shocked and thought, “An extra charge for 30 minutes?” I understand that hotels have their policies, but the way it was communicated made the situation feel much more serious than it needed to be.
When I went to reception to check out, I politely asked why she had sounded angry. I understand that we were late, but the cleaning staff had not even arrived yet, so I felt there was no need to speak to us in that way.
The hotel itself was fine, but unfortunately this interaction left me quite disappointed and affected our overall experience.
