Goed voor 1 nacht op doorreis
Pros:

Late check-in mogelijk-vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het felle licht in de badkamer gaat door de douchewand die uitkomt in het slaapgedeelte.
Prijs voor de familiekamer is veel te duur.

Pros:

Ci fermiamo regolarmente proprio perché in posizione strategica, ampio posteggio, buona colazione e personale accogliente.
Tante belle passeggiate nei dintorni.

Cons:

Aggiungerei al succo di frutta ACE alla colazione come pure gli zweiback.
Come in tanti altri Hotel vi è la mancanza del prodotti senza lattosio e senza glutine.

Gut, zentral und bestens geeignet für unsere Bedürfnisse
Pros:

Frühstücksraum war sehr ansprechend. und die Auswahl perfekt. Das Zimmer war sauber aber doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Fliesen im Badezimmer hatten vielerorts Beschädigungen.

Request for confirmation to Booking.com – stay Feb 25-26, payment settled


Dear Manager,

I was a guest at your hotel on February 25-26 (reservation [number, if you have it]). When I checked out, I mistakenly believed the stay had been paid; only a guarantee had been charged to my card. There was no staff at reception at that moment. Rebecca later sent a complaint to Booking.com stating that I had not paid, and Booking contacted me immediately.

I called the hotel right away, spoke with Rebecca, and returned to pay the outstanding amount in person that same day. Despite settling the bill, Booking.com has now blocked my account and I cannot make reservations during my trip.

Could you please send a brief confirmation to Booking.com stating that the invoice has been paid and that the issue was resolved? This should help them reactivate my account.

I have attached the payment receipt and the email from Booking for reference.

Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bequeme Betten, ruhige Zimmer. Aufgrund der Lage nahe der Autobahn, ist es gleichsam ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die Region oder als Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise.

Cons:

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Leider keine Minibar im Zimmer.
