Das Hotelzimmer war zweckmäßig aber die Situation mit dem Frühstück war sehr ärgerlich. Es haben sich einige Gäste daran

Es war praktisch, gut erreichbar und sauber

Cons:

Wir waren an einem externen Geburtstagsfest eingeladen und deshalb am Abend nicht früh zurück. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir informiert, dass das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen nur bis 9:00 Uhr möglich sei. Im Internet war jedoch eine Frühstückszeit bis 10:00 Uhr angegeben. Die Änderung erfolgte offenbar aufgrund des Muttertages.

Wir empfanden es als sehr unangenehm, nach einem Fest, für das wir bewusst ein Hotelzimmer gebucht hatten, bereits so früh frühstücken zu müssen. Zusätzlich war etwa die Hälfte des Frühstücksraums bereits für den Muttertag reserviert und abgesperrt. Dadurch entstand kurz vor 9:00 Uhr ein entsprechend großes Gedränge, da viele Hotelgäste gleichzeitig frühstücken wollten. Wir konnten auch nicht mehr mit unseren Freunden an einem gemeinsamen Tisch sitzen.

Wir fanden diese Situation sehr störend und gegenüber den Hotelgästen nicht besonders fair beziehungsweise kundenfreundlich.

Pros:

We were greeted by Katya on reception and welcomed back. She realised we had visited a year before. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast catered for just about everyone. As well as non-milk plant drinks they have lactose free milk so I was able to enjoy museli for my breakfast. Selection of yoghurt, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses. Plus much more. Good location, just a short stroll into Maienfeld. Bistro meals available. Very friendly staff.

Lage ist gut. Direkt beim Autobahn und am Bahnhof

Cons:

Zwei Einzelbetten. Beide haben laute Geräusche gemacht. Bei jedem Drehen im Schlaf laut und haben gequietscht. Das stört sehr den Schlaf
Dass das Badezimmer ein Druchblickfenster bzw. Glas ins Zimmer hat, das haben wir noch nie gesehen und wir sind schon in vielen Hotels gewesen

Zentrale Lage und hervorragendes Frühstück

gratis Parkplatz vorm Hotel, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, toller Ausblick mit großen Fenster, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Hotel liegt zwar im Industriegebiet und direkt neben den Bahnhof (2-3 Minuten Fußweg),aber es ist sehr ruhig und die Züge hört man kaum
