Cons:

That At 22:20 there was nobody in the reception and could not enter my room as my card was not working. I then found out in the reception area that there was a urgent telephone to call in order to get assistance. The lady on the phone was very helpful

Struttura, qualità e servizi in linea con le altri filiali BW
Pros:

• posizione vicina alla stazione e non lontana dalle vie principali di Blois
• personale alla reception gentile e disponibile
• possibilità di deposito bagagli per clienti
• condizionamento

Cons:

• la stanza che ci hanno assegnato era quella con l’affaccio sulla strada/stazione e davanti al corridoio per la sala colazione, quindi era un po’ rumorosa
• i manipoli di regolazione della doccia erano molto duri (ancora più difficile regolarli con le mani bagnate!)

Hotel desastre.
Pros:

Desayuno aceptable

Cons:

Hotel que no tiene personal permanente, de noche no hay nadie, teléfono de emergencia para algún contratiempo no contestan, sms tampoco atienden.
No hay ascensor, ni montacargas.
No ayudan a subir las maletas.
Si las tarjetas de apertura de puerta habitación no funcionan , no hacen caso , las tarjetas maestras están en un recipiente al alcance de cualquiera, pero..... tampoco abren.
Y para que vinieran hubo que recurrir a una tercera persona por teléfono que a su vez consiguió, por amistad, que viniesen a las 23 horas a solucionar el problema.
En las habitaciones los desagües de las piletas tardan en desaguar , las cisternas tardan en cargar.
No hay nevera en las habitaciones.
Resumiendo, no recomiendo este hotel a nadie y hemos estado 4 personas y no volveremos nunca.
Y no utilizaremos otro hotel de la misma cadena.

Schöner Aufenthalt nahe Schloss Blois
Pros:

Charmantes Hotel, sehr gute Matratze, zentral gelegen, sehr nettes Personal - wurde um kurz nach Mitternacht sehr freundlich begrüßt

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 2ten Obergeschoss- das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Mit viel Gepäck oder mit Gehbehinderung schwierig. Aber: der Herr an der Rezeption ist mit mir den Weg hinaufgegangen - sehr freundlich!

Clean and inexpensive stay
Pros:

The property is clean and located close to the train station and bike rental places.

Cons:

Staff is giving the vibes of not having any customer service training. No eye contact when you ask questions. Majority of staff are not even speak English and although we would be happy to try our French communication skills, they simply don’t want to engage.
