Ein sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt und bietet alles was man braucht für einen Kurztrip. Das Frühstück war bot alles für einen guten Start in den Tag. Die Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wenn man mit einem Auto anreist, am Besten einen Parkplatz reservieren.

Splendido Hotel a due metri dal centro
Pros:

La tappa è stata quasi improvvisata e la scelta dell'hotel era più di comodità che altro, ma si è rivelato uno degli hotel più belli ed eleganti del nostro viaggio.
Al mattino sono sceso a chiedere se fosse possibile acquistare qualche prodotto per una colazione in stanza e mi hanno concesso di preparare un vassoio con cibi dolci e salati come gentile omaggio.

Gutes Businesshotel, nichts für Familien oder Urlaubsreisende
Pros:

Reservierung von Parkplatz im Innenhof hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Ist auch zwingend notwendig, weil nur 6 Parkplätze vorhanden sind.
Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

Bad sehr klein; sehr laut von draussen, am Ende des Platzes sind abends scheinbar Freiluftaktivitäten und offene Lokale mit starker Geräuschentwicklung bis in die Nacht.
Hotel ist als Hotel für Geschäftsreisende sehr gut. Für Urlauber nicht geeignet, da alles sehr urban-klein konzipiert. Der Boutiquecharakter hat sich mir nicht erschlossen.

Schönes, altes Gebäude, an guter Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Exzellente Küche, hervorragend präsentiert und serviert.

Cons:

Schlecht geführtes Hauskeeping, Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption die sich freundlich bemühen. Hier einige Beispiele:
- Zerrissener Vorhang
- 2x Zimmer nicht gemacht
- Zimmerkarte funktionierte 2x nicht
- Extrem kleiner Schrank
- Vorbestellter Champagner und Blumen nicht geliefert
- Schamhaare auf der Sitzgelegenheit im Dampfbad, keine Möglichkeit zum Abspritzen
- keine Ruhezone im Spa
- Überquellender Aschenbecher auf der äusseren Empore
- Masseurin ohne Information zu spät
- Getränke im Spa nicht aufgefüllt
- Badeschlappen im Spa in ungleichen Grössen
- Alter zerfranster Badevorleger
