Dommage qu'il n'existe pas de note au-dessus de 10 sur 10. Le confort de la chambre, la literie impeccable, le petit-déjeuner parfait, le quartier et la situation pratique pour visiter tout azimut, et "cerise sur le gâteau" l'accueil du personnel plus que sympathique. Un merci plus particulier à Jean-Bernard pour ses bons conseils restaurants et bars.
Définitivement notre point de chute à Paris.

L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuto è la zona centrale comoda alla metro

Ho avuto un problema, non sto a dire cosa perché molto personale, e non si sono neanche degnati di darmi una risposta anzi hanno fatto finta di niente.

Clean, modern and comfy room, very near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations. 24 hour concierge was also great.

Cons:

The room and shower was incredibly small, but that's reasonable given the price.

Vacanza perfetta, a due passi da tutto, grazie alle metro!!
Pros:

La posizione, vicino a molti localini tipici, boulangerie e soprattutto vicino diverse fermate della metro.
La stanza piccolina, ma perfetta per soggiornare e avere la stanza come base e potersi spostare praticamente in tutta Parigi.
Inoltre, nella stanza c'era una macchinetta del caffè.
Non abbiamo scelto l'opzione con la colazione inclusa, quindi, la macchinetta con capsule, perfetta!!
Non ho foto della stanza, ma di alcuni monumenti raggiungibili dall' hotel con la metro.

Cons:

Peccato solo che in alcuni giorni del nostro soggiorno, il wifi non funzionasse.
Ma in compenso il getto dell' acqua era fortissimo e piacevolissimo per la doccia.
Quindi ha compensato la mancanza del wifi per un pari di giorni 😅

Would love to return if it’s possible to book one of the rooms on the ground floor
Pros:

We lived on the ground floor by the garden and it was a great room! Vary spacious for a Parisian hotel and not too hot considering we stayed there in June

Easy walking distance from Gare Est and close to Metro. Ok for a short stay in cool weather.
Pros:

Friendly staff. The weather got very warm, and the staff offered fans since there was NO air conditioner. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. Thanks!

Cons:

Air Conditioning should be made available. The rooms are small and got very hot and stuffy in late May.
The shower needs an enclosure. The shower curtain is not sufficient to keep water from escaping. There was a lot of water damage visible on the flooring and door frame. It has been an issue for a very long time.
