We had a great stay at SeaLoft Oceanfront Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality really stood out and made us feel comfortable and taken care of.
The only minor issue we experienced was that the hotel seemed to be a little short on towels at times. However, I don’t feel that was the staff’s fault, as they were doing their best to help. It seems more like something that could be addressed at the property/management level.
Right off the beach with easy access, shower right next to entrance for getting off the beach. Outdoor restrooms so we could easily use them, they were clean and air conditioned which was really nice. Walking distance to many different restaurants, bars and stores
My only complaint is the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable and that’s where I had to sleep, but you can only do so much about a sofa bed lol.
Rooms were very cleaned and the service was outstanding and parking was a pleasure.

I specifically asked and paid for a room with an oceanveiw VIEW but got a view of the dune. We traveled from 3 states away and I had to stand on a chair on the balcony to see the ocean. Very disappointed. I was told I was getting a room WITH A OCEAN VIEW.
No Ocean view that I paid for and no clean towels until I asked staff in the hallway (3days in) The room was very nice but staff was for towels and toilet paper.
It was basically on the beach and the room was large and allowed dogs, had a fridge
We had a very disappointing experience. One of our rooms had no Wi-Fi or phone service for the entire stay. When we reported the issue, the customer service was rude and dismissive. They essentially questioned whether we were being truthful about the Wi-Fi not working and insisted on coming to the room to verify it themselves.
We had also accidentally booked two rooms the same day 2 hours before arriving and contacted the hotel about canceling one, but they were completely unwilling to work with us or offer any type of refund. We even went through our booking site as they told us to do and when the booking site reached out they declined any type of refund. Be very sure about your reservation before booking, because in our experience, they were not willing to refund a penny.
On top of that, there were no towels in the room when we arrived, no cutlery or plates available at the hotel at all, and overall the property seemed to have very limited basic supplies. Between the lack of amenities, connectivity issues, and poor customer service, our stay was extremely frustrating.
Location was amazing Staff was generally helpful, but we had some issues with the room not being family friendly.
The room was not very family friendly, the mattress was constantly moving and my kid hurt himself on the bed edge. The sofa bed had steel railings that were sticking out and again which my kid hurt himself.The room did not have towels or bedding, I shouldn’t need to call to ask for basic stuff. Staff was also not picking up when you need them. It looked like they were running a lean ship to cut costs.
The location is perfect, the beach wasn’t busy and everyone was so friendly.
Perfect location. Right on the water, just under a mile from the boardwalk. Also, part of a hotel group with the hotel across the street and you can also use their facilities including a gym.
Pretty pricey. Our ac unit was noisy.

We stay there every summer because of the location. The cleanliness of the facility has definitely gone down over the years.

The location in the motel was great
The air conditioner unit in our room was the only thing that was not great. It stayed pretty warm in the room even with the air conditioner, turned all the way down as cold as it would get.
