Pros:

Location and staff

Cons:

Aircon leaked on my head when I was in bed. Told staff and they will rectify. Was on my lastnights stay thus happened, the staff were very apologetic and mentioned that the ircons had just been serviced. But overall great place to stay.

Staff location great - tv access really annoying
Pros:

Location is great and staff are great

Cons:

The TV access is really problematic - I had two different stays there in a week - the first “upgraded” room required using two different remotes in a non intuitive or guessable sequence to get access - with no written instructions. The second room worked the first two nights but not the third morning
Really shouldn’t be such a problem for the rates charged

Clean, comfy and relaxed.
Pros:

The outlook over the river was fantastic. Secure undercover parking was great and the room was so clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Can’t really fault anything. Kids would like a tv in the bedroom, but…?

It was perfect for a short stay.
Pros:

I liked the location, the staff were amazing and the apartment was super clean. Also it had heaps of parking available for our car.

Cons:

That it did not have a restaurant for brekky, and the pool was so small.
