Pros:

The location was great and the staff were really competent and personable. It was easy to walk anywhere and nice river outlook

Cons:

The room was near the cleaning facility and the door was open night and day which was not attractive The room was beige with no relief from its boring decor. Paying higher than average prices should afford a painting or something decorative...not that it detracted from comfort of the bed

Overall a good spot and clean room with great staff.
Pros:

Check in was seamless with super friendly accommodating staff. Most of the time we had a friendly greeting when heading in and out. The room was clean and daily housekeeping service kept it that way. The coffee pods were a nice touch to start the day with disposable cups making it a mobile option! Despite warnings that carparking is subject to availability and not always available we managed to find a space each time we left and returned.

Cons:

The room was an odd shape with a small (relative to the room) window that has a view between two walls out to the street which kept the room quite dark. The curtain on this window was hanging off at one end. The shower leaks into the bathroom if the door is not perfectly shut. The pool is mostly undercover and very small, not very appealing. One lift was broken for our entire stay which made for some long wait times.
