Manzara güzel, onun dışında bir şey yok
Pros:

Otelde manzara dışında hiçbir şey güzel değil.

Öncelikle yatak küçük ve çok rahatsız. Havuz ve denize restoran tarafından herhangi bir servis yok. Restoranda servis çok yavaş ve yemekler çok kötü.

Otelde çalışan sayısı çok az, araç parkı da çok problemli. Söz de vale aracı getiriyor , ama Vale’yi bulabilirseniz…Servis ile yukarı çıkıp aracı kendiniz alırsanız daha kolay oluyor, ama zaman kaybı maalesef…

Eşim ve ben tesisi çok seviyoruz ve sık sık konaklıyoruz. Bizim önceliğimiz konumu ve huzurlu ortamı. Servis ve oda konforu konusunda ufak tefek sıkıntılar olsa da biz her seferinde çok memnun ayrılıyoruz. Personel genel olarak son derece yardımcı, var olan sorunlar genelde konumun fiiziksel sıkıntıları kaynaklı, otopark vb. gibi

Otel kalkan çarşıya arabayla 5 dakika, yürüyerek de max. 10 dakika, kaş merkez 30 dakika. Konumu manzarası otelin iç peyzajı insanı cennette hissettiriyor. Kesinlikle resimlerde göründüğünden daha güzel. Personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Akşam yemeği alakart biraz daha geliştirilebilir. Kahvaltısı ortalama otel kahvaltısı. Biz balayı için gittik aşık olduk. King Suit odasının manzarası mükemmel.

Das Potenzial wäre da, es fehlt an Umsetzung

Das gute vorweg, das Hotel hat einen traumhaften auf einen wunderschönen Garten und die Bucht von Kalkan. Das 2. Zimmer das wir bekommen haben war sehr schön und gemütlich, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Womit wir bei den weniger erfreulichen Dingen sind. Das erste Zimmer war vermutlich seit Jahren nicht mehr gebucht worden, schmutzig mit schräg hängen Lampen, dreckigen Polstermöbeln und Blick auf eine Baustelle. Für rund CHF 200.-/Tag darf man doch etwas mehr verlangen! Das Personal ist ineffizient. Wenn man etwas wollte, musste man alles 2 mal sagen und dranbleiben, ansonsten passierte nichts. Die vielen Restaurants haben alle das gleiche Menu! Pasta, Pizza (nicht mal frisch, sondern aus der Packung!) Nichts für Gourmets. Die Anlage sollte dringend renoviert werden und ebenso die Einstellung des Zimmerservice. Unsere Terrasse war vermutlich seit Monaten nicht gereinigt worden. Auf unsere 2. Anfrage kam dann eine sehr unfreundliche Dame und meinte sie hätte das gemacht und ausserdem würde es morgen wieder so aussehen und es hätte keinen Sinn die Terrasse zu reinigen! Wir baten sie es trotzdem zu machen und die 3 folgenden Tage, die wir da waren, war es herrlich sauber :-). Allgemein war das Personal eher mürrisch und arrogant. Unserer Meinung nach bräuchte das Hotel dringend eine Renovation und eine gute Führung.

Disappointing - find somewhere else!

This was my most disappointing stay. The views are amazing however the hotel is not up to standards. The cleaners don’t know what they’re doing and the hotel rips you off as often as they can and can’t communicate clearly in English. Over my 10 day stay, nothing was replaced in my room, except my towels, the cleaners came into my room despite do not disturb sign being on. The initial room I paid for was not as described on the website, so they upgraded me at a cost then charged me a horrendous exchange rate, which meant I paid an extra 400 euros for a 10 day stay and they gave my initial room with 180 euros a night to someone at a reduced rate of 70 euros… shocking! I complained to start with but gave up in order to not ruin my own holiday. The bed cover is so light I was cold every night and kept telling them. Eventually for an extra blanket but the cleaners kept removing it! I was desperate to get home! It was one of my most expensive holidays hotel stays… and it was disappointing - the hotel food and breakfast is not good enough either and the wine etc are not good enough. This is not a 5 star in international standards! I tried to complain and cut my stay short but hotels.com didn’t care as it was non cancellable so I would have to lose the whole cost to go elsewhere and pay again. Don’t be duped. They charge less if you’re Turkish!

Absolutely lovely hotel .11 out of ten.Very good value,amazing beach ,amazing restaurant ,amazing staff and amazing everything which you can think about it.One of the best hotels I ever stay.Good job!
