All In all it was fine.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.
But the location wasn't. There were very few shops close by. Not much life.

Cons:

There was only one elevator in service for 19 floors. So it took forever to come down or go up
Also except for one person, who was not on duty every day, no one spoke a word of English. One could not even say one's room number. They didn't even know numbers. You had to write it down.

Ótimo café da manhã e também ótima localização.

Cons:

O problema do elevador quebrado, deveria ter sido providenciado o conserto, já que o hotel estava com muitos hóspedes. A fila de espera era muito longa.

Seria Excelente, se eu não tivesse sido multada por estacionar.
Pros:

Localização. O quarto que fiquei de frente para Pão de Açúcar e dava para ver o Cristo Redentor.

Cons:

Falta de opção para estacionar, mas isso não é problema da acomodação.

Muitas coisas.
1. Nós tínhamos um quarto pra 3 pessoas com 3 camas de solteiro. Os colchões eram horríveis, nem os hostels tinham esses colchões. Um deles tinha um prego fora
2. Quando elas entram para limpar. Não limparam nada. Só arrumar as camas. Em baixo das camas estava cheio de cabelos e sujeira
3. E quando foi na recepção para pedir trocar quarto...a pessoa que estava lá ...falava só espanhol e inglês... sério? Hotel do Brasil que na recepção do hotel a pessoa não fala português??!!
Fiquei muito nervosa e brava com essa situação.

Boa localização e um bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Um elevador apenas funcionando e uma demora pra descer ou subir pro quarto, tendo que usar escadas algumas vezes. Poderiam arrumar, pois sempre está com problema. Um hotel com 19 andares, imagina quem está nos últimos ter que subir ou descer de escadas.
