Válido se for uma viagem low cost

Localização próxima do metrô, Arcos da Lapa, Cathedral e Estação de Bondes de Santa Teresa.

Cons:

Banheiro estava sujo, as toalhas que foram colocadas como limpas também apresentavam manchas de uso, precisei solicitar a troca. Check-in muito confuso, mais de 1 hora após apresentarmos os documentos para entregarem as chaves pois os quartos ainda estavam sendo limpos às 15h, uma fila gigante no hall.

Excelente localização!
Pros:

Acomodações limpas e confortáveis. A localização pra vc que está querendo ficar próximo da lapa é o canal!

Cons:

Um colchão ja estava meio que usado demais, tinha um buraco no meio, tipo uma marca de que aguentou muito peso. Pedi pra trocar e trocaram numa boa!

Pros:

Ótima localização, café da manhã bem variado e gostoso, atendimento bom, quartos espaçosos, meu colchão não era muito bom, limpeza ok, 1 elevador não funcionava, tv não funcionava.

Cons:

Barulho do ar condicionado, demora do elevador já que 1 estava com defeito.

Cons:

Funcionários da recepção não te dão muita atenção, com caras de cansados e pouca vontade de atender e pouca simpatia. O que me atendeu nem olhou nos meus olhos, reclamou do cartão chave da porta que não estava querendo funcionar o aparelho.
Chegando no quarto a limpeza estava razoável, porém tinha cabelo de hóspedes anteriores no chão do quarto e principalmente no banheiro (box).
A limpeza do quarto estava mediana, em baixo da cama e na cabeceira era muita sujeira, poeira e a cama tinha madeira de sustentação quebradas.
O frigobar cheio de gelo, a porta não estava vedando direito e só tinha água no frigobar.
O ar condicionado estava funcionando, porém fazia muito barulho, péssimo,
