Pleasant Stay. Excellent staff.
Pros:

Pro's" Clean, big room and spacious bathroom. Shower with strong pressure. Comfortable Bed. Heat/AC unit quiet. Big TV

Cons:

Con's: Half the room had a very old, dark rug under the bed. The other side had an engineered floor but it looked scratched.

Enjoyed sitting in the lobby with my family instead of in a room to visit very clean very neat. rims were very clean very neat if you need something they were there to answer your questions and fulfill your needs. We tried to book to stay again for another wedding September 24 and prices had doubled. We’re very sad that we could not afford that price because we love staying there when we come to PA..

The room was very clean.

Cons:

The fact that my son forgot my jacket. I called the property to coordinate a return of my jacket and they were not very helpful. They wanted me to ship a box and a label which seemed a bit ridiculous.

Staff not very friendly from front desk to the breakfast hostess. Didn't have a good morning or hello for anyone. Breakfast offerings not very appealing or plentiful. I've had better offerings.

Pros:

Lost my reservation and the manager had to take extra time to explain the mistake when it was on their end. I wasted a few hours of my life for no reason because they don't know how to check people in or deal with anything that's not a yes or no. I don't know how this facility functions but my experience was a mess and really disappointing.
