Room was spacious
Property requires proper maintenance of rooms, kitchen should have basic cutlery . Breakfast should have some options include some muffins or sweet stuff bread eggs as there was only coffee juice cereal and bagels . Honestly Disappointing at breakfast
😒I’ve stayed in many interesting places and this hotel’s location was by far the worse. Trash everywhere in the streets, while walking my kids and I seen two dead rodents. The neighborhood was a bit eerie when we were there. No food options around and nothing else worth visiting.
I also spent $600+ on uber to get to around.
Breakfast was embarrassing! Bagels and cereal it was insulting. The rooms were clean and spacious but needs an upgrade.
I thought the staff was the best part of the stay! Super accommodating, answered all my questions, very tentative, and super polite. I hope they are earning what they deserve.

I liked how affordable everything was. The room / bed were spacious and comfortable. The front desk were open all day & didn’t have to worry about coming in / out. The location was pretty safe.
A little outdated & unless you’re exploring Brooklyn, the nearest train station was a little far to manhattan.

The building the lobby and the room were old and not inviting, it felt like a motel and not worth the money I paid.

The AC was noisy and intermittent. The cable/ direct TV was horrible. I used the drinking glasses the first day I got there and they were never replaced. No refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu okolo 3 lata temu, były śniadania i nawet można było wziąć bajgle na wynos a tym razem, po przyjeździe był limit 2 bajgle na osobę, czego nie napisano w ofercie że śniadanie jest limitowane. Ale "najlepsze" było że w trakcie pobytu zmniejszono limit bajgli 1 na osobę (wspomnę że żona i dzieciaki w ogóle nie mieli parcia na bajgle) ale fakt zmniejszenia i tak limitowanego śniadania bez opisu tego w ofercie, spowodował że zgłosiłem reklamację w recepcji. Hotel nie zmienił zasad i nie odwołał limitów. Po reklamacji w Booking.com nadal nic nie zmienili, ale booking.com w ramach rekompensaty dał mi środki na kolejną rezerwację. Dziwne podejście hotelu, szczególnie w USA...
