Room was dusty . Placemats in the kitchen had old food on them . Cleanliness is a problem.

The room was great , spacious
The staff were friendly, helpful - great customer service
Special shout out to the Welcome Staff - Consierge and Tour Guide Ziaad

Cons:

The sauna was really not clean , moldy and cold even though I advised the time of use
Steam room was moldy
an overall upgraded desperately needed

Good clean comfortable rooms. Staff are cheerful and eager to help.

Cons:

The main restaurant is not open for dinner and in room dining has the smaller menu of 3-4 items. There is another restaurant Urchin ( very good) open for dinner but its a fine dining “Chef Restaurant “

Superbe hôtel à Cape Town
Pros:

TOUT ! ☺️ On a tout aimé de cet hôtel à Cape Town. Il est bien situé....près de Bo-Kaap, la chambre est confortable, le déjeuner est copieux, le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. Nous sommes arrivés ici tard en soirée, car nous étions logés dans un autre hôtel de Cape Town qui n'était pas satisfaisant pour nous. Le personnel a été accommodant et nous a traité aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour et ça a fait toute la différence! Cet hôtel est plus qu'un 5 étoiles !
