A perfect getaway from Swedish winter.

Everything, beautiful setting, nice rooms, fantastic food and service.

Personal muy amable, las habitaciones muy bien, nos atendieron de maravilla la verdad. Me gustó la tranquilidad, fuera de los hoteles masificados y ruidosos de las zonas turísticas. El desayuno muy bueno y mucha variedad de todo, lo de los quesos espectacular!!!

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero, el ruidito del agua de la piscina cuando cae por el sumidero que es constante., pero que conste que el encargado de la piscina es genial, no para en todo el día y siempre superamable.

Enda egentliga anledningen välja detta dyrare hotell istället för systerhotellet Palm Beach (aningen billigare) är att maten är bättre. Lite överraskande var att poolområdet var så pass ”livligt” med också stojande småbarn, några i blöjor.
I övrigt förstklassigt hotell med suverän personal.

Great high end hotel with good spa, careful when choosing rooms due to street noice

Breakfast was exceptional, impressive selection of cheeses

Cons:

We had a garden room which we normally prefer, but this time it was not good - we couldn't sit outside since the room was basically in the bus parking outside, so idling motors and beeping from lorries all day long, quite disappointing

Pros:

Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and unreservedly recommend it to others.
