Die Wege zum Zimmer sind sehr weit durch merkwürdige Gaenge wie in einer Garage,
Das Essen am Buffet war sehr stressig durch langes Suchen eines Tisches, Laermpegel, Massenandrang und unübersichtliche Anordnung, alles zu weit entfernt, und mir persönlich zu viel Auswahl

Sehr nettes Hotel, 10–15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Obwohl es ziemlich groß ist, hat es sich nie überfüllt angefühlt. Am Pool gab es immer Liegen, selbst bei den vielen deutschen Gästen im Hotel, ein kleines Wunder!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äußerst zuvorkommend und schnell, man bekam stets in kürzester Zeit einen Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato. Kompliment! Das Angebot war sehr üppig, sogar Sekt wurde zum Frühstück serviert.

Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, und auch im Winter konnte man dort Liegen mieten. Neben dem Hotel gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Cafés.

Ich konnte außerdem eine Massage genießen, die sehr professionell durchgeführt wurde. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Carlos!

Nice hotel but standards are lower and some fundamentals to be fixed
Pros:

Most of the staff were very pleasant.
The facilities outside and around the pool etc are lovely.

Cons:

The heat didnt work for many days.
Despite two requests at reception, room phone never worked.
The was a sewage smell when I flushed the toilet and the water in the tap often didnt work after using the toilet.
The buffet food was ok, but the standard has dropped over the many times we have visited

Hotel je bomba. Upam, da pridemo še!
Pros:

Ta hotel je sanjski. Tukaj smo si RES lahko oddahnili in sprostili, počutili smo se kot v filmu. Večerje in zajtrki so božanski, tako so okusni in raznovrstni, kot si prej sploh nisem mogel predstavljati. Na voljo je bilo pravzaprav vse, kar si človek lahko sploh zamisli. Družina je bila nad počitnicami naravnost navdušena, to je pravi otroški raj. Mama in tata pa sva si lahko odpočila. Če se bomo vrnili na Lanzarote, bo hotel Los Jameos sigurno naša prva izbira. Toplo priporočamo! Hvala hotelu za tako čudovito izkušnjo in najlepše počitnice doslej. <3

The breakfast was very good and varied, bread made in front of us and very fresh food

Comfortable.
Pros:

Location was very good. Staff are absolutely fantastic.
The pool area very comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Food was good but was cold.
Missed the music in the piano bar. The foyer has no atmosphere.
