Pros:

Das Hotel war super! Es hat uns sehr gefallen und hatte alles was es braucht für Erwachsene und Kinder. Die erwärmten Pools, der Spielplatz sowie der Kidsclub und das ganze Programm für Kinder waren toll (Imara und ihr Team machen es von Herzen und begeistern die Kinder). Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Essen sehr lecker. Wir waren super super happy dort.

Very friendly people, excellent service, beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms with a very good bed, the food is really good with a lot of choice every day and very tasty. I totally recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel, but less good than previous trips
Pros:

Pool side facilities.
Staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

Toilet often didn't flush or did so with a strong smell.
Quality of food was less good than in previous trips.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are all excellent, cant do enough for you, they are always on the go and go the extra mile at all time.

Cons:

Restaurant is a little tough to workout, but you get there.

Die Wege zum Zimmer sind sehr weit durch merkwürdige Gaenge wie in einer Garage,
Das Essen am Buffet war sehr stressig durch langes Suchen eines Tisches, Laermpegel, Massenandrang und unübersichtliche Anordnung, alles zu weit entfernt, und mir persönlich zu viel Auswahl
