Hotel is beautiful, location excellent. Reception staff wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Service not as rushed before 9am. When restaurant was crowded staff were under pressure to clear tables quickly....when I left my table to get hot food the table was cleared and re-allocated on my return. This was frustrating and very annoying. Because the staff were under pressure and rushed I felt I couldn't relax with my food and enjoy a leisurely breakfast

Pros:

Los Jameos is the perfect place for location, close enough to travel anywhere on the island. The weather was great, we did have a day when it rained but there is enough do around the hotel keep you entertained. Food is fantastic with loads of choice 😋. Rooms are clean and well maintained throughout our stay, housekeeping are very efficient.
Staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful if you need anything. We celebrated a 21st birthday and the staff helped organise a surprise, everything was great.

Hotel in buona posizione frontemare e vicina ai servizi.
Personale attento e gentile, ristorante con materie prime di qualità e ben organizzato.
Le camere Superior recentemente rinnovate sono molto belle.
Massaggi alla Spa ottimi.

The staff is what made this a really pleasant stay having had a medical emergency I cannot say enough about the staff even checking in with us afterwards to make sure we were all ok thank you to everyone at this hotel for your caring attitudes

Gran relax en familia.
Pros:

Ideal para familias y cuidado de bebes. Todo muy bien por esa parte.
De cortesia pure para el bebe a escoger ingredientes.
Y todo el personal realmente muy amable y servicial.
Instalaciones nuevas.

Cons:

Precio exacgeradamente elevado (400€/noche) casi como un four seasons. Y todo el mundo eran alemanes o holandeses de avanzada edad. No habia carta en español en el pool bar. Agua un pelin fresca aun estando climatizada
