Die Lage am Bodensee ist sehr schön

Die Größe des Zimmers.
Das Küchenpersonal war freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken war die Person an der Rezeption unfreundlich.
Die Dampfsauna war nicht eingeschaltet, es gab keine Teetassen. Gab keinen Unterschied für Kaffee und Tee.
Die Teekannen hatten einen Funktionsfehler, der Griff wurde sehr heiß und man sich fast die Finger verbrannt.
Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel erwarte ich einen gewissen Service und auch Standard, wie ein freundliches Personal und Teetassen und Kaffetassen und nicht ein und dieselbe Tasse, das trenne ich privat auch.

Labai gera vieta, labai graži aplinka, gražus vidaus baseinas, labai geri pusryčiai.

Cons:

Viešbučio kambariai baisūs, nusenę, jaučiausi kaip pas bobutę bute. Net atsiduoda senienomis. Neįmanoma miegoti, ant lovų paklotos klijuotės, tai visą naktį varčiausi, kol supratau kas su ta lova negerai :(

Das Hotel ist meinen Erwartungen mehr als gerecht geworden!

Die Lage direkt am Bodensee ist einfach top. Zimmer und Frühstück ließen keine Wünsche offen.
