Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem eleganten Hotel mit Blick auf den Bodensee.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig bzw. sehr gut. Die Lage des Zimmers mit direktem Blick auf den Bodensee war betäubend schön. Das Zimmer hatte eine sehr bequeme Sitzgruppe und komfortable Matratzen.

Die Lage ist traumhaft.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit schönem Blick auf den See und die Berge.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr mäßig.
Mit Blick in einen engen Wirtschaftshof, wo morgens um 8:30 mit der Flex gearbeitet wurde. Mit Ruhe war es dann vorbei.
Warum gibt man einem Gast so ein Zimmer, wenn das Haus sehr viele andere Zimmer frei hat ?

Die Lage am Bodensee ist sehr schön

Die Größe des Zimmers.
Das Küchenpersonal war freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken war die Person an der Rezeption unfreundlich.
Die Dampfsauna war nicht eingeschaltet, es gab keine Teetassen. Gab keinen Unterschied für Kaffee und Tee.
Die Teekannen hatten einen Funktionsfehler, der Griff wurde sehr heiß und man sich fast die Finger verbrannt.
Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel erwarte ich einen gewissen Service und auch Standard, wie ein freundliches Personal und Teetassen und Kaffetassen und nicht ein und dieselbe Tasse, das trenne ich privat auch.
