Pros:

We didnt know before booking but it was connected to the neighboring hotels ( in which our parents were staying in the 5 star down the end and we were able to have breakfast with them at no extra charge) Was a nice surprise. Great location and they had a parking garage 1 minutes walk from hotel which was super convenient. ( 24 euro though)

Cons:

It was an expensive room with a window of the next building.
Lots of noise from people above and in the walls ( maybe the aircon unit)

Great hotel in a fantastic location with very professional staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location and lovely staff. Spotless room and great bathroom.

Cons:

A minor gripe for me the mattress was a bit too soft for my back. But that didn’t spoil trip in any way.

Neben der hervorragenden Lage des Hotels begeisterten uns das saubere Zimmer sowie der Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch und bot alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ein großes Lob gilt auch dem Frühstückspersonal, das uns sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend betreut hat.

Cons:

Enttäuschender Service beim Empfang – Wir fühlten uns bereits nach zwei Minuten wie lästige Gäste und absolut nicht willkommen – dieses Gefühl zog sich leider wie ein roter Faden bis in Zimmer. Die Mängelliste begann direkt bei der Ankunft: Kühler Empfang: Die Begrüssung war extrem distanziert. Auf die Frage, ob wir zuerst einchecken oder das Auto parkieren wollen, wurde uns hektisch & sichtlich genervt ein Plan der Tiefgarage (CHF 25.–) in die Hand gedrückt. Erklärungen gab es kaum. Gefühl der Massenabfertigung: Beim eigentlichen Check-in kamen wir uns vor wie eine Nummer – reine Abfertigung ohne Blickkontakt. Dass es neben der Tiefgarage auch günstigere Aussenparkplätze gegeben hätte, erfuhren wir erst im Nachhinein auf Nachfrage. Die Reaktion der Mitarbeiterin war ein kühles «Bitte» .Keine Auskunft & Desinteresse: Fragen zum SPA-Bereich wurden knapp mit «Alles auf dem Zimmer» abgespeist. Auch die Frühstückszeiten wurden wie von einem Roboter heruntergeleiert. Da wir die einzigen Gäste am Empfang waren, war diese Lustlosigkeit absolut unverständlich. Uns wurde nur gesagt: «1. Stock, Treppe rauf» – den Lift direkt daneben mussten wir mit unserem schweren Gepäck selbst entdecken. Schlechter Zimmerservice (SPA-Bademäntel): Im Zimmer angekommen, die nächste Enttäuschung: Obwohl man die Grössen im Vorfeld hätte klären können, lagen zwei XL-Mäntel bereit (für mich zu klein, für meine Frau viel zu gross). Erst nach vier Telefonaten und dem Angebot, die Mäntel selbst an der Rezeption zu holen, wurden uns nach geschlagenen 45 Minuten passende Grössen aufs Zimmer gebracht. SPA-Bereich: Als wir es endlich in den Wellnessbereich geschafft hatten, mussten wir feststellen: Hier ist leider vieles mehr Schein als Sein. wir wollten unsere Schlüssel in das Schliessfach legen 2 Euro , auch die Bäder waren Kalt & nicht geheizt wie angepriesen und meine Frau nutze es nicht, was mich sehr enttäuschte.
