Tutto perfetto! Dal self check-in, con istruzioni chiare e semplici, all’accoglienza.. la receptionist, al nostro check-out, ci ha ricevuti sempre con il sorriso ed è stata davvero molto cordiale. La spa è il top, ma ciò che mi è piaciuto di più è stata la tranquillità del posto: la pace, la sensazione di relax e la possibilità di vedere gli alpaca sono state davvero spettacolari

Everything was great, the only downside is that breakfast for early skiers starts a bit too late, at 8:00, which is when the lifts already open. This makes it hard to enjoy it without losing valuable time on the slopes.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella struttura, molto pulita, personale gentile e accogliente. La struttura ha ogni confort necessario per passare una bella vacanza in relax, molto belle le piscine, la spa e il design di tutto. Buona anche la colazione.
