It was fine has a lovely cafe next door car drive to everything else
Pros:

First night was perfectly fine nice enough room and clean

Cons:

Beds really hard. The garden pond/waterfalls needed some love
Second night the people upstairs were VERY noisy.

Definitely will avoid this place in future.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Lack of human contact, room tiny and cramped. All a bit dated and the only seating was an old couch that needed replacing. I was also surprised by getting a text message asking us to wash any crockery etc so it was ready for the next visitors! Made us think that no one would be cleaning the room for the next occupants! Poor value for money, I thought quite expensive for what was provided.
