The property has a pleasant rural aspect, it is located in really beautiful manicured gardens. The room was adequate but in need of a refresh. The mattress collapsed into the centre of the bed. Linen was clean as was the room. The towels were beginning to thin.
On arrival at the property we were overwhelmed by the overpowering scent of electric oil infusers and bathroom deodorisers. Our room had two of them and the scent had permeated the bed linen. The bathroom is in need of a major revamp. The shower hot water took ages to heat and the shower head was broken so the only way to shower was to hold the shower head up with one hand.
Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Körperpflegeprodukten. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Bequemes Bett.
Sehr einsam gelegen. Unbedingt vorher einkaufen gehen, man wird dort dort nichts zu essen bekommen, obwohl die Hotelbilder Wein, Cheeseboards, Picknick zeigen. Nichts davon gibt es, ich habe auch trotz drei Übernachtungen keine Mitarbeitenden gesehen, alles sehr unpersönlich. Das Zimmer wurde in drei Tagen nicht gereinigt, Handtücher nicht gewechselt, Müll nicht entsorgt. Sie beschreiben sich als Hotel aber es gibt keinerlei Service. Wie in einem Airbnb soll man noch obwohl es keine Küchenzeile hat, sein Geschirr selbst spülen (also im Waschbecken der Toilette). Es war auch so hellhörig dass ich etwa viermal Geschlechtsverkehr von nebenan mithören musste. Als wären die Wände aus Paper. Zimmer war selbst für eine Person recht klein. Bad in die Jahre gekommen. Wasser eiskalt. Man muss es etwa drei Minuten laufen lassen, bevor es handwarm wird.
Location was good and it was next to Lavender Tea House which was excellent and also the voucher for a free hot beverage was included. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable with well stocked coffee and tea sachets.
Trying to get hot water you had to turn the hot water tap on for a few minutes to get hot water so it was a wastage of water. Wi-fi too was quite slow but I do understand that it is quite distant from the city areas.

Beautiful garden, lovely room; very peaceful and close to my favourite places. A great find and would recommend it to everyone.
Cottage was beautiful and it felt nice to wake up with window facing vineyards. We didn’t get a complementary wine as expected since it was stated in the booking message but it was fine. Overall we liked our stay here. Things to take note would be there seemed to be no one at the reception most of the time so if in need, it would be better to give them a call.
The water smelled metallic and was rough to scalp and skin.
Etwas abgelegen vom Ort, aber sehr schön gelegen neben einem Weingut. Tolles Haus, toller Garten, sehr ansprechend und alles sehr sauber. Mit Auto war es nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Yallingup und zu den Stränden. Check In über Schlüsselbox klappte gut.
