Location, view from private balcony, traditional character while still feeling modern, room service every other day. Dish wash, body wash and shampoo provided. Breakfast decent with lots of options (cactus/plantano jam was a favourite!)
Bathroom smelt a bit stale and of cleaning products, ok with door shut and window left ajar. Hand soap and hair conditioner not provided. Cups too small for a decent brew (probably a British problem!).

Check-in at the hotel was very quick. The front desk staff welcomed us very warmly and completed the registration efficiently. Special thanks for taking our request into account and providing a room on the ground floor.
As for the food, the breakfasts were rather monotonous. Dinners were more varied and overall tasty. Restaurant service was excellent.
The room itself, or rather its cleanliness, left much to be desired.Room cleaning was done every other day and very superficially, although towels were replaced, which was already good. During the entire stay of 7 nights, the bed linen was not changed even once. I don’t know what the internal policies are, but this seemed strange.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable — everyone ended up with a stiff neck after sleeping.
The hotel grounds are well maintained, the swimming pool is heated and regularly cleaned. It is very convenient that there is a laundry on site, which is especially useful when traveling with a child.
We booked a taxi at the reception in advance for the day of departure, but we were not informed that there are only 7–8 large taxis available on the entire island. We waited for the taxi at the scheduled time, but it never arrived. We couldn’t ask about the reason, as the reception only opens at 8 a.m. Luckily, there were two independent taxis in the parking lot, and we had to use their services.

El apartamento era muy espacioso y los espacios amplios. La piscina no era enorme pero era suficiente para los huéspedes que estábamos. La ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y la playa. El desayuno buffet estaba riquísimo, mucha calidad y opciones para elegir, el ultimo dia incluso nos prepararon un picnic ya que nuestro vuelo salía pronto a la mañana y no nos daba tiempo a desayunar. Puedes alquilar toallas para la playa en el propio hotel dejando un deposito que te devuelven cuando te marchas. Nosotros llevábamos coche de alquiler y no tuvimos ningún problema en aparcar al lado.
Aunque agradecemos mucho el haber tenido la opción de pedir el ultimo desayuno en formato picnic, por el precio del buffet y la calidad sabíamos que tenia la cocina, nos decepcionó bastante que solamente incluyera 3 piezas de fruta, un sándwich con una loncha de mortadela y queso y una botella de agua.
Świetne umiejscowienie hotelu w centrum Costa Teguise, niedaleko od playa Bastian, Jablillo i Cucharas. Kameralny klimat. Naprawdę smaczne posiłki. Bardzo przyjazny personel. Wygodne łóżka. Piękna zieleń na terenie hotelu.
W pokojach przydałoby się nieco więcej udogodnień (ekspres kapsułkowy) no i łazienki pamiętają lepsze czasy ;)
We had an excellant experience at Nazaret Mansion. It is a brilliant location very quiet and safe yet right in the centre of the main tourist area. It was very enjoyable and safe for our teenage children, they could go off down the town on there own as everything was close by. A large sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk with loads of shops and restaurants on the way.
The resort has 3 pool areas, with loads of space and plenty of sun beds for everyone both at the pool side and private areas to. It also has a nice pool bar with a very friendly and helpful bar man.
The whole resort is very clean and felt safe, We had B&B the breakfast was great, always fresh with plenty of options to choose from.
The best thing about this resort is the beds, the mattresses are really comfortable, the most comfortable beds I have slept in and I normally go 5 star for short breaks. We thought the apartments were brilliant, they have good traditional furniture and are spacious with great showers. They have all you need in the kitchen, microwace, cooker, toaster, kettle, large TVs and there is a shared laundry room in the resort, €4 for a large washing machine and dryer. We had two, 2 bedroomed apartments side by side on the ground floor close to the pool. The apartments are cleaned each day leaving fresh towels etc.
The reception staff were very helpful throughout our stay always available to answer questions about day trips and the area. On our last day, one of our kids was sick, the staff could not have done more for us, the helped us find the clinic and allowed us keep our apartment until our taxi arrived in the evening at no extrea charge, although check out was 12 o clock. I can't thank them enough for their help.
We liked everything, only one small thing, we booked some trips in the area, most trips leave at 8am and the breakfast is not availbe before 8am. But on the positive side they serve breakfast until 10am. That is more important on a sun holiday. Maybe if the tour opperators could start trips at 8.30 :) because the main pick up area is just outside the front gate so you can be at your bus in 1 minute from your room. Great location.
