Sem dúvida uma das melhores hospedagens que já tive.

Desde o check-in até o checkout, foi tudo ótimo. O hotel é muito bem cuidado, os quartos são impecáveis e a localização é excelente.

O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já encontrei em hotel. Muita variedade, tudo fresco e muito saboroso.

Mas o que mais me chamou a atenção foi o atendimento. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, simpáticos e prestativos. Dá para perceber que a equipe realmente se preocupa em fazer a experiência do hóspede ser a melhor possível.

Saio muito satisfeito e, quando voltar para Florianópolis, com certeza vou me hospedar aqui de novo. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

Es un lugar excelente para descansar , muy preocupados de tus inquietudes , si necesitas algo y de darte información para tu seguridad.
El desayuno es super bueno y su anfitriones como Nico y Vianca son muy cordiales y siempre dando un buen servicio en el restaurante.
Y las cenas son deliciosas y variadas.

Too expensive for what it offers

The toilet in the room is old, and there is no privacy as if someone needs to use the toilet in the night it will wake up the person sleeping because the light brightens the whole room as there is no proper separation. The rooms smell very unpleasant because of humidity. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast but everything we ordered on à la cart menu for dinner was really bad. Staff of restaurant is nice, but the staff for recreation is a bit extra, they are pushing you to do activities you don’t want.
