Great location, rooms are quite cosy but very well designed with everything a traveller needs including a vanity pack which most hotels including 5star don’t provide. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of health options.
Staff, location and price
Staff are great , food is very good and rooms very comfortable. Location great easy access to V& A waterfront.
Nothing , but suppose down to supply and demand the price over the last couple of years has increased a lot . Whatever we will carry on using this as our Cape Town stay .

Everything, the staff are amazing, we felt like part of their family. Had drinks with them every night, they looked after us perfectly. Bedroom and terrace were perfect, location incredible. But the staff made the stay exceptional, thank you guys

Excellent small hotel with professional, friendly and efficient staff. Super freshly cooked breakfast and dinner (we eat twice during our 4 night stay).

Er waren kleine zaken die mankeerden, toiletdeksel los, betalende mini bar werd niet bijgevuld dagelijks met water, lavabo liep bijna niet door en er hing een muffe geur in de kamer.

Comfortable room. Dressing room between bedroom and bathroom very good and also had a safe. Outdoor terrace area very private and relaxing. Also close to the beach and hoho bus.

O hotel está em uma rua tranquila, porém de ótima localização em uma região vibrante de Cape Town, a poucos metros do Promenade e de uma parada do ônibus Hop On - Hop off. Städningen kunde ha varit bättre. Rummet hade en fin terrass men både möblerna och golven var mycket smutsiga.
This 'Little Gem" of a restaurant in the heart of Sea Point & close to the famous & picturesque Atlantic Ocean offers boutique accomodation & a restaurant on the elevated veranda with a view of the sea. It has recently been taken over by new owners who are energetic & very hospitable.
There is a delightful Breakfast menu & a Lunch / Dinner menu with a decent choice catering for most guests as well as a great Cocktail menu ideal for celebrations or a cool sundowner.
Great valie & certainly worth a visit.
We loved our stay at the Promenade! Location is excellent, breakfast was so delicious, the room was beautiful with a little terrace, coffee machine and a big bathroom and the wifi was perfect. What really stands out is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff - special thanks to Tawanda who was really kind and attentive - always with a smile!
We highly recommend this hotel. We had a car and street parking was free of charge. Thank you!
