Pros:

A estadia foi excelente, funcionários atenciosos, principalmente o Sr Marcos que sempre muito atencioso com o nosso filho, e a camareira responsável pela limpeza do andar em que ficamos, café da manhã excelente e o restaurante com comida muito boa.

Cons:

Não gostamos da abordagem de promotor de vendas de empreendimento multi propriedade, pois achamos que era funcionário do hotel.

Bom hotel
Pros:

Quarto de bom tamanho, decoração ok de Natal, ceia bonita mas vale a menção para o atendimento do Marcos, ele mudou a estadia e fez com que se tornasse especial.

Cons:

Area de lazer e área Kids com aspecto de abandono. É para lamentar, uma revitalização e contratação de uma equipe full time de recreacao Faria toda a diferença. O recreador so período era bom, mas ficava por períodos certíssimos e nao havia engajamento.

Pros:

As roupas de cama estavam limpas , e o quarto de modo geral também , o ambiente era aquecido

O quarto não tinha uma janela (apenas uma pequena basculante de mais ou menos 50cm de largura ) , os metais do banheiro estavam se desmontando , a porta do banheiro abria apenas 90graus e tínhamos que fechá-la para acessar a pia , o espelho do quarto estava rachado , o controle remoto da TV não funcionava bem , tinha poeira em baixo da cama , o colchão estava com um desnível de tanto uso .
