Péssimo. Quartos muito inferiores aos anunciados na reserva.
Cons:

O Hotel tentou nos acomodar em um quarto com características muito inferiores à reservada. Reservamos um quarto de 24m², com sofá, poltrona e escrivaninha e quando chegamos ao hotel à noite, cansados, fomos acomodados em um cubículo em que mal cabia a cama. Ao comunicarmos a recepção, tentaram nos transferir a outro quarto também inferior às características da reserva, informando que era a mesma categoria, mas menor...
Recusamos novamente e aguardamos por 10min sentados no corredor do hotel, próximo às 23hs, até que um quarto compatível com o reservado fosse encontrado.
Uma grave oferta enganosa da categoria de quartos veiculada pelo hotel no Booking. Importante a plataforma afir para coibir condutas como essas, que além de extremamente desagradáveis, violam o Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
Não pretendemos jamais voltar a essa acomodação ou indicá-la a quem quer que seja.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel im alpenländischen Stil. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Guten Zimmrt und schöne Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen. Das Hotel liegt im besten Stadtteil von Gramado ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der sehr touristischen und lauten Innenstadt entfernt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel muito simpático e acolhedor. Recomendo.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente e a localização é muito boa. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. A piscina é muito boa (tem piscina aquecida e a normal).

Cons:

Cama com colchão velho e torto (deformado). Faltam suportes de sabonete, shampoo e condicionador dentro do box do banheiro. Faltam ganchos próximos ao box para pendurar as toalhas. E as bicicletas estavam danificadas (precisam fazer manutenção constante).

A piscina, café da manhã, atendimendo dos funcionários,tudo muito bom.

Cons:

Do quarto tinha uma claridade muito grande da janela do banheiro, que passa para o quarto, mesmo com o blacout fechado e o ar condicionado muito sujo, que precisa ser feito a lavagem de manutenção.
