Excellent location, clean rooms and courteous staff
Pros:

Excellent location, it was literally the heart of the city. We could walk to nearly all major places in hanoi from this hotel.
Extremely helpful and hospitable staff. They would go an extra mile for any request and would treat you like a guest who comes home. We stayed with kids and two rooms adjacent to each other.

2nd Stay and would definitely stay again!
Pros:

We loved this hotel..we stayed here before our Ha Long Bay Cruise and returned after for another couple of nights. The family room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help you out and make your stay enjoyable! The breakfast buffet is super yummy with lots of options. The location was fabulous and walking distance to a lot of places. Would definitely recommend!

Great city stay & very friendly staff
Pros:

Good location - comfortable room & very good staff, they were super helpful, Mr Jacky & everyone helped because my daughter fell sick & everyone was very kind. Recommended to stay & will come back.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, toujours souriant, agréable. Anna, Brian, jacky sont vraiment toujours à votre disposition si besoin.

Lovely Hanoi style Hotel in midst of old quarter.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, staff

Cons:

Pool was not in use since cyclone…5 minute walk to another hotel to swim. Only place to change was a tiny toilet. Hanoi is hot and we’re travelling with kids so I purposely booked only hotels with pools.

Hotel central, confortável e funcionários muito prestáveis
Pros:

Como o quarto que tinham para nós neste hotel tinha 2 camas individuais, acabaram por nos mudar para o Solis Hotel, um hotel quase na mesma rua e do mesmo dono, com quarto com cama de casal. Funcionários super simpáticos, cama confortável, bom pequeno-almoço

Apenas referir que a zona do pequeno-almoço é na cave e o nosso quarto não tinha janela
