Fint hotel for et par nætter. Virkelig god beliggenhed. Poolen langt væk dog. Rent. God morgenmad. God service.

Super god beliggenhed. God morgenmad med stort udvalg af vietnamesisk og europæisk morgenmad.

Cons:

Poolen lå langt væk på et helt andet hotel. Så hvis du går efter et hotel med pool, skal du ikke vælge det her. Man skal følges derover på en 5 minutters gåtur. Så ikke noget med en hurtig dukkert og så videre …

A place makes you feel like home
Pros:

The location accessible to the heart of the city, the breakfast buffet is exceptional, best food ever! The staff specially Mr Tom who helped us for the surprise bday blast of my husband. All of them are amazing and made our stay a home away from home.

Fantastic spot in central Hanoi
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool which was close by and attached to hotel and it was lovely. The rooms were so quiet although the location is so central. We loved our stay!

Le bruit si vous avez une chambre au 2 eme étage pas top ont entend tous la réception les gens juste en dessous vraiment compliquer de dormir , et rapport qualité prix vous trouverais mieux ailleurs.

All bad. Avoid.
Pros:

Not even remotely as advertised. No pool in this hotel, they try to send you down the road. We checked out pretty much immediately. They did refund 3/4 of the cost.

Great like hotel and good value for money.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to a lot of attractions or short grab ride.
Be aware it is right near the cathedral which we actually liked hearing the bells(not for you if you like a sleep in)

Cons:

Advertised with a pool but it was not functional or available which would have been nice to know on booking. However they did offer the use of a pool at another hotel but it was a walk away and did apply a discount upon payment.
