We loved the location in a quiet little street in the Old Quarter. It’s super central and close to lots of great restaurants and cafés, but you can’t really hear any of the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff was very attentive and helpful, always greeting the guests and making sure we were happy.

Cons:

I’m disappointed that the pool in the picture isn’t in the hotel at all, but in a completely different hotel a 5 minute walk away. When we asked to use the pool a staff member kindly walked us to the pool. However, I do find this misleading. We’re travelling with young kids and the pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war toll mit einem schönen Ausblick, Frühstück sehr lecker und die Lage optimal.
Angela und die anderen Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Nice hotel - more basic than we thought it would be
Pros:

Location was amazing - staff were really nice

Cons:

Pool isn’t at the property, it’s about a 5-10 minute walk in a different hotel. I’d also note one of the buildings doesn’t have a lift, so walking up to the 5 floor couple of times a day becomes tiring. Church bells from st Joseph’s ring from 5am onwards

Pros:

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé. Il se trouve dans une rue piétonne, ce qui limite les désagréments sonores, tout en étant proche de tous les points d’intérêt.
Le personnel a été très accueillant et sympathique.
Notre chambre était spacieuse, agréable et confortable.

Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner, qui était varié et globalement bon. Les lits étaient confortables, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Enfin, la télévision disposait de Netflix, ce qui n’est pas le cas dans beaucoup d’autres hôtels, même avec un nombre d’étoiles supérieur.

Cons:

Quelques points pourraient néanmoins être améliorés.
Les portes des chambres semblaient un peu anciennes, avec quelques marques d’usure (trous), et étaient parfois difficiles à fermer.
Par ailleurs, la vue depuis la chambre donnait directement sur un autre bâtiment en face.
