Wonderful Summer Trip with Family
Pros:

One of the best trip I had enjoying every bit even the hot weather in May can't say anything on the hospitality of the staffs and manager - Jacky. Hope to be back soon. Breakfast spread is the best ❤️

Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent
Location very central
We were given an upgrade at no extra charge and when we needed help booking tickets home because of illness staff could not have been more helpful especially Mr John who arranged everything for us and didn’t charge us for the extra week we had booked and were unable to use.

Pros:

the hotel is nothing like shown on the pictures. i would avoid staying in this hotel. even though the owner was very friendly, the actual hotel is old and not looked after. I only stayed for a night, when i woke up my legs was filled up with mosquito / bugs bites.

There is no pool at this property. Staff were amazing, great location.

The staff were amazing. They addressed any issues we had quickly and professionally. They really aimed to please.

Cons:

Our sole reason for booking this property was to spend our last day in Vietnam lazing by the pool. There is no serviceable pool. We were directed to a 5 minute walk to utilise a pool at another property. This pool is featured in the photos on booking.com website as theirs, however they are not. Once we worked out where we had to go, we decided the trek back to the hotel was just not worth the effort. Very disappointed.
