Fin de semana para desconectar
Pros:

La amabilidad de todo el personal desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, el último nos dieron opción de dejar nuestras pertenencias y poder disfrutar de una mañana de playa, también reseñar la limpieza de la habitación como zonas comunes. Finalmente decir que el desayuno muy correcto y la ubicación no está mal, zona tranquila pero debes andar un poco para llegar a la playa de Poniente.

Cons:

No nos gustó el parking. Demasiado estrecho para acceder y para salir, hay una rampa y si llevas coche SUV es muy complicado. De hecho tuvimos un roce en un lado.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were nice
Food was reasonable and nicely prepared
A short walk to main areas and beach and shops restaurant

Cons:

There was no brollys at poolside I tan but my wife doesn’t she was having to move lounger around a post all day to have shade

A good stay, but with a couple of annoyances.
Pros:

Decent location away from the beachfront. Good sized room, big telly, decent balcony. Clean and with a fridge and coffee maker. Underground secure parking with lift to all floors. Good staff. Entertainment on most evenings. Drinks prices reasonable.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of a lottery. Nowhere dedicated to park for check-in. No guarantee of a garage space because it’s not pre-bookable. We were lucky there was a space available. No on-street parking nearby. Packed.
The tv is ‘smart’ but the hotel prevent its connection to their own wi-fi - which is very annoying.
Whilst 2 coffee pods and 2 milks are provided, these are for your first night only. If you want coffee for subsequent nights, you have to pay. This is penny pinching in the extreme and inordinately jarring for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Furthermore, housekeeping left our ‘dirty’ cups and glasses on the table which was unexpected and not appreciated.
Sort the tv and sort the coffee - and maybe supply a couple of teabags to go with the kettle that’s in the room and you’d be a 9 or 10.

Un 4 estrellas, pero le sobran 2.
Pros:

Buena ubicación fuera del gentío.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña para 3 adultos. Cortina caída, puerta del baño rota. Un poco falta de higiene. Desayuno con un fiambre de bastante poca calidad.
