Very happy with our stay. Good value for money
Pros:

The staff were great and very helpful. The room was a good size and fairly quiet. It was not in the center of Benidorm.
Lovely pool area on the roof.
Only a short taxi ride into Benidorm town

The breakfast. There were just too many people milling around, not enough coffee machines, not enough signage of where things were.

Limpio, bien reformado, comida rica pero, con unos horarios complicados
Pros:

Estaba muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Entra la bebida en el bufete, ya que hay máquinas. La comida.no.e4a muy variada, pero, todo estaba rico y bien cocinado.

Cons:

El horario de la cena, para un hotel que está en España, me pareció fatal. A las 9:30 se cierra el bufete. Es más, si entras a las 21:15, ya no cenas, porque están recogiendo. Había mucha gente española, pero, se ve que es más importante el turismo internacional, no lo entiendo,la verdad.

Cons:

La limpieza. Llegamos y estaban tanto la ducha como la bañera llena de pelos. El espejo del baño con óxido. En la bañera el sujeta alcachofa fuera de su sitio y roto. Las paredes encima del sofá llenas de telarañas y suciedad. La verdad que no entiendo como le conceden un 4 estrellas. Hay hostales mucho mejores que este hotel
