Estancia fatal!!
Pros:

El trato del personal es lo único que nos gustó del Hotel. Todos correctos y amables. La comida bien, sin más para un hotel de cuatro estrellas (que le quitaba por lo menos una).

Cons:

Con respecto a todo lo demás fatal. La habitación que nos dieron para cuatro personas (matrimonio y dos hijos), muy diferente a la de las fotos. Tres camas individuales y una baja horrible. Las sábanas sucias, polvo, pelusa, humedad y wc sin precintar. No volveremos más a ese hotel. Los vasos del comedor sucios. Este hotel no merece cuatro estrellas.

No es para tanto, centrarse en mejorar

Únicamente el buffet de desayuno, que por cierto tienen de todo en el desayuno de lo que te puedas imaginar. Digo el desayuno porque solo fuimos a dormir y a desayunar

Cons:

La colcha de nuestra cama olía a sudado y bastante. Las sabanas estaban limpias. Al subir en el ascensor, la gente subía fumando, bebiendo alcohol y con cubatas en la mano y no pocas, a altas horas de la noche. Cierto es que era viernes pero si pretendes ir a descansar no lo conseguirás. Porque el ruido que hace el aire acondicionado es grande y no consigue aire caliente y no descansas
