Unprofessionelle Problembewirtschaftung! Ärgerlich, aber ansonsten schöne Anlage.
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in Cala d'Ort ist grundsätzlich sehr gut, man ist nahe von allem Schönen.

Cons:

Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass unser 3 Tage im Voraus gebuchtes, geräumiges Studio (inkl. Wohnzimmer und schönem Balkon) nicht mehr frei war. Die Unterkunft hatte überbucht (Doppelbuchungen) ! Uns wurden dann zwei winzige Einzelstudios im Parterre angeboten, mit fast keiner und zudem scheusslicher Aussicht, nämlich auf einen schmutzigen Erdboden, wo oft Hühner vom Nachbargarten herumspazierten und gackerten. Und der Höhepunkt vom Ganzen: Wir mussten einen Aufpreis zahlen, da zwei Studios! Es gehe nicht anders. Da hat auch nicht viel geholfen, dass der Herr an der Réception überaus freundlich war, sich sehr entschuldigte und uns einen Schaumwein ins Zimmer liefern liess. Ich hätte zumindest beide Studios zum gleichen Preis erwartet wie das grosse. Zwar hätten wir auch gehen können und uns etwas Neues suchen, aber meine Kollegin war nachmittags um 16.00 von der langen Busreise so müde, dass sie einfach keinen Elan mehr hatte dafür. Fehler können passieren, aber ein so grosses Hotel sollte konzilianter damit umgehen können!

Decent getaway
Pros:

Nice area, apartment was nice.

Cons:

Air con didn’t work as good as we would’ve liked. Digger working at 07:00 for 3 of the nights, which isn’t the properties fault but still annoying.

Tökéletes szállás! Jól felszerelt, minden van ami kell. Mi a dupla teraszos stúdióban voltunk nagyon megéri. Lehetőségekhez képest privát nagy méretű teraszok, nagyon kényelmes ágy, tágas fürdő. Pici felárral saját parkoló, ha kocsival érkezel. Nagyon jó valasztás volt! A kepek és a leírás is teljesen megfelel a valóságnak

First night we were put in a smaller apartment but the staff swapped us to the larger one we had stayed in previously with no fuss

Pros:

Location was excellent for us, Very central for everything without being too close to the hustle and bustle of the busy centre. We will definitely return but would opt for block 1 apartment next time rather than Block 2 which are studio apartments. It is Generally a good place to stay if they can improve the maid service.

Cons:

Stayed for 10 nights and was told the roomz are cleaned every 3 days, the room was cleaned on day 3 but bedding wasn't changed, just made up. I asked reception but We didn't get another clean for the remainder of the stay.
