We had a great stay - loved being so close to the pool and the apartment was a great base close to shops and restaurants
Pros:

The apartment was comfortable and we really enjoyed having two balconies to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and sunsets.

Wer auf die Optik der Umgebung Wert legt und Trubel nicht scheut, kann es kaum besser treffen.
Pros:

Die Lage - etwas außerhalb des Trubels, aber alle Restaurants, Bars und Strand fußläufig zu erreichen.
Der reservierbare, abschließbare Parkplatz.
Schöne Apartments mit ausreichender Ausstattung.
Durch die großen Pinien und viele andere Pflanzen eine richtig schöne Ferien-Hochburg, nicht zuletzt durch die geschmackvolle, aufgelockerte Architektur des ganzen Cala d`Or

Cons:

Kein Aufzug. Für manche Zeitgenossen ein etwas beschwerliches Koffertragen in die höheren Stockwerke.
Ansonsten, nur EIN kleiner Wermutstropfen: Kein Bidet.

Great location close to all shops and Cala Gran beach, very clean apartment with huge terrace.

Cons:

Kitchen area very dated and small, pool area needs an update and two cockrels crow all day from 6am

Good location but service and hospitality weren’t the best.
Pros:

Great location, easy to walk around Cala d’Or and get to all the beaches. There were washing machine facilities with extra cost which was useful. You can borrow beach towels with a deposit.

Cons:

Service was average, though Aschraff was great. Apartment didn’t feel very clean, we rocked up and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned with dirty towels and hair in the shower. Reception staff cleaned it for us but definitely affected how we viewed the cleanliness of the overall stay. Parking was busy and not guaranteed, hard to get a bay however you can find other parks in surrounding streets at times.

Pros:

The location in relation to the center is good. Price/quality for us was great (Apr/May) and the appartement itself (4p) was simple, effective and good enough. Swimming pool was nice with enough sunbeds, but we were here in semi-low-season.

Cons:

The amendities and kitchen-equipment were rather poor. It was enough....but on the edge.
