The room was very clean .
It was very quiet .
Very safe Hotel .
Excellent staff assistance and information .
Highly recommend this very clean, comfortable accomodation where the staff treat you like friends , welcoming and informative and quick to provide assistance.

Cons:

There was no lift so do not over pack .

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean amenities
Pros:

Quest Dandenong on James Street is right by the A1 main road, so there was plenty of traffic going past. Still, the room was appreciated, and the bathroom/toilet facility was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We were well-respected by the staff, who were only too happy to assist us. Thank you. The location was close to main shopping centres at Dandenong, and plenty of places to eat.

Cons:

The drainage in the bathroom basin wasn't the best, but the Quest maintenance person did his best to resolve the problem. The swimming pool was relaxing, although having people around the pool smoking cigarettes didn't add to the atmosphere. And those residents who chose to smoke outside the motel on the pavement often left their cigarette-butts on the ground, which isn't the best look.

Perfect place for families
Pros:

I have stayed here many times and know I can always rely on this place to accommodate us so well. We absolutely love it here. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff are amazing especially Pauline! 😬

Having a washing machine and dryer is such a bonus, and the kitchen facilities are fantastic too. The pool is another highlight the kids absolutely love it.

We always enjoy our stay and will definitely keep coming back.

A great experience
Pros:

I live in Central Victoria and needed to travel to the area for vet care for my dog. I was so thrilled to discover that Quest offer pet-friendly accomodation. This made the process so much easier and less stressful than driving hundreds of kilometres all in one day. The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable and well-equipped. We were advised we were upgraded to a larger room which made the stay with my dog really pleasant. Overall a great experience. I would recommend to others and will certainly be staying at Quest again.

Pros:

Recht großes Appartement mit allem was man braucht, inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner!

Cons:

Die Betten im Zweibettzimmer waren je nur 90cm breit, definitiv zu schmal 🙁
Das Pool in der Mitte des Gebäudes ist nicht sehr einladend. Es gibt keine Liegen und nur unbequeme Sessel mit Tisch.
