The entire team at the hotel was very polite and friendly. The welcome at the reception was warm and courteous. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. It’s not a brand-new hotel, but it’s very aesthetic, clean, and well-maintained.
We chose this hotel during our trip to Florence because we rented a car and it had a pool. I didn’t expect it to be this good. The suite room they assigned to us was amazing — it had a beautiful, classic style that reminded us of earlier times. Breakfast was also very satisfying.
If you have a car, I definitely recommend staying in this location to escape the noise of the city. Even though we planned to explore Florence, we preferred this area and soon realized it was a fantastic decision.

Room and bathroom were big, bedroom had 2 windows over the main street, however it was very quite at night. Everything seems to be very new and clean, comfy bed and pillows, big parking and Staff was really helpful and friendly. Clima worked great
Breakfast was disappointing and poor for me as I do not eat sweet. I only could eat some cucamber and Eggs or scramble eggs but unfortunately they taste old and not fresh. Shower pressure was a bit unstable and almost get burned. The bathroom needs a small forniture/table in order to place basic stuff. The lightning of the room needs some improvement. The main light is too bright and cold while the bedside lamp is very weak, plus only 1 small lamp for 2 beds. My bed didn't have a bed table.
Profesional staff and always with smile. Clean room. Great bed and bathroom. This is maximum you can get for this price.
Only thing that is not perfect… you are 20-30 minutes with car away from center of Rome.

This hotel is the north east of the city a few minutes away from my family's house. This is the second year in a row I've used their service during the Christmas period. My partner and I used other hotels in the past whenever we came to Rome (we live in UK) but this place is clean, very warm, small to make you feel relaxed and pleasant overall. I therefore recommend it for tourists relying of public transport who like the idea of going at a gentler pace to the centre of the town.
Perhaps there could be more savoury choices for breakfast in the morning and it would be nice to have toasted bread, they have round small bread rolls. It's mainly sweet oriented (lots of lovely cakes so we're not complaining at all) but generally speaking local Roman people have a sweet tooth in the morning which could explain perhaps why they organised breakfast that way. I do find the breakfast room so lovely, clean and inviting however.
The property is on a main bus route but in a quiet isolate neighborhood. Not much to say about the neighborhood although I think there was only a single place to each across he street. My room was simple stairs only and not a large or middle size hotel. My business was in a northern more part of this countryside outskirts where I first took an Uber in the afternoon daylight hours to learn the route then took the buses to and from the hotel over the the day and night and day staying. It wasn't to difficult but it had its nuances. The front desk tried to help with bus information but I got more complete information at my destinations. The room was adequate but I had been staying in hotels in Rome so comparisons are not adequate and spent the remaining September in many hotels and into France the last week.
The AC unit was small and showed it working but it did not cool off the room. The mini fridge was not working. Again as I recall not anywhere to hang clothes to air other than closet as hangers were fixed and if unlatch had no hook on the end . Generally over priced for the stay but again nearest my destination location and what appeared on maps close wasn't and not walkable but doable. As said I would probable search options if time permitted and although booked at beginning of year for September there was for me too many bookings etc to just find a near place. A typical euro small continental breakfast all off the self item ... I don't think I bothered it note there was ample gravel parking somewhat secure in hotel grounds on gravel ... only a few cars parked during my stay
