La ubicación y la distribución de la habitación

Cons:

Parece un hotel mas de convenciones, porque lo que ofrece a los huéspedes es mínimo, poca variedad en el desayuno, gym minúsculo, las sillas de piscina no tenian la colchoneta para poder tomar sol, las instalaciones son antiguas, las.toallas estan gastadas del uso. No veo acorde el precio-calidad. Mi habitación tenia un foco malogrado.

Nos gustó la ubicación.
La cama era comoda.
El desayuno es muy completo.

Cons:

La habitación es muy húmeda.
Las almohadas son muy planas, duras y viejas. Las sábanas estaban bastante deterioradas y con manchas. Podrían mejorarlo.

Por el precio pagado no lo recomiendo

El desayuno buffet puedo destacar que es bueno pero no maravilloso como otros hoteles de la ciudad

Cons:

La habitación para el precio que pagué, contaba con nula aislamiento de sonidos ya que los huéspedes del piso superior molestaban con ruidos a las 1 am, eran una familia y los niños se escuchaban hasta nuestra habitación como gritaban y jugaban. Pagué 150.000 pesos chilenos por día aprox para descansar en el hotel después de un viaje al extranjero pero circunstancias como estas fueron las que no cumplimientos mis expectativas. Además nuestra TV de la habitación (al ser muy añeja-antigua) se dañó de la nada, pensé que nos cambiaron de habitación por los malos ratos pero solo nos hicieron salir de la habitación por horas para que los técnicos cambiaran la TV. En si el personal muy agradable y atento pero las vistas por lo que uno paga y las situaciones que acabo de nombrar dejan mucho que desear por el precio que pagué!

La Serena é banhada pelo pacifico "não precisa de mais nada"
Pros:

Há quatro anos consecutivos realizamos uma viagem de moto pela América do Sul, atravessando Brasil, Argentina, Chile e Uruguai — e, em alguns anos, também a Bolívia. Neste ano decidimos ajustar um pouco o roteiro, mantendo os três principais países: Brasil, Argentina e Chile.

Mais uma vez foi uma experiência fantástica, com uma jornada maravilhosa que se torna ainda mais especial ao nos hospedarmos no Hotel Club La Serena, que nos recebeu com muita dedicação, atenção e carinho.

Se você está viajando pela América do Sul, não deixe de se proporcionar o prazer de ser tão bem acolhido neste lugar. Recomendamos 100%!

Um agradecimento especial à Alanys, ao Dixon, ao Rodi e à Maria, que foram extremamente atenciosos, prestativos e fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia.
