Precio - Calidad, es un 2 estrellas , faltaban tapas y se veían los cables, en el baño salía un flexible, todo muy rudimentario y el precio era más que un 5 estrellas

Alojamiento agradable, muy céntrico pero con deficiencias

Me gustó la buena ubicación y la relación precio-calidad. Además del servicio amable del personal, las mucamas, y el personal del restaurante.

Cons:

Las instalaciones y habitaciones muy desgastadas. Es mi 4vez vacacionando en el recinto, y no hay mejoras. Toallas en muy mal estado, hilachentas, ya no secan y muy pequeñas. Almohadas que dan asco, muy descompuesta e incómodas, yo tuve que salir a comprar mis propias almohadas. La piscina sin matencion de la pintura, uno se bañaba y se encontraba muy descarada que se enterraba esos residuos en los pies al bañarse. Habitación requiere mayor modernidad con puntos eléctricos, en clóset tiene un punto de luz hechizo y fuera de norma, muy peligroso por lo demás.

La habitacion

Cons:

Que se me quedaron en el hotel cosas de alto valor, aprox 2 millones de pesos, paso en el estacionamiento pero el hotel nunca vio nada y peor aún, esta lleno de cámaras y ninguna funciona. Se lavaron las manos. Que tipo de gente va a ese hotel? No digo que haya sido alguien de ahi, pero no habia nada de seguridad, nadie vio nada. Eran cosas del telescopio que pesaban aprox 40 kilos. Y nadie vio nada? Me dio mucha rabia que me dijeran qué ninguna cámara funcionaba y que no habia guardias ni nada a esa hora. Nunca mas.

Hotel familiar y excelente ubicación
Pros:

El hotel con dependencias lindas, ambiente familiar, cómodo, piscina buen tamaño y reposeras en buen estado. El personal excelente atención, desayuno buffet bueno. Ubicación excelente en la costanera.

Cons:

La calidad de las toallas, quizás llevan mucho tiempo, pareciera que están muy gastadas y les faltará limpieza, pero debe ser sólo que deben renovarlas. Espero puedan mejorarlo. Sumado a eso, para guardar la ropa, además de las repisas quizás se debería cerrar, tener puertas, para que se vea más ordenado y no se vea la ropa.

Buen entorno junto a la piscina para pasar el día.
Buena pieza, cama cómoda y buen baño.

Cons:

Desayuno incómodo si no llegas temprano, ya que se acaba todo súper rápido y no reponen con agilidad. Cuesta encontrar mesa.
Poco jabón y shampoo en la reposición diaria para la habitación.
Personal parco.
