My stay was excellent and very enjoyable

Everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel is well located in the city center, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There are only two lifts, and the waiting time during rush hours is extremely long. I attempted to use the staircase, but it appears that the emergency exit door on the ground floor is locked. This is unacceptable from a safety perspective. I raised this issue at reception, but no action has been taken. I strongly recommend that hotel management ensure all emergency exits remain open and accessible at all times.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of various foods. We didn't use the spa center, so can't really provide feedback. Definitely a value for money.

Pros:

У отеля удачное расположение, что, безусловно, является его сильной стороной.

Завтраки вполне средние — без особых впечатлений, но и без явных недостатков. Само здание достаточно старое, отель был построен ещё в 1958 году, и это чувствуется, особенно в общественных зонах. Лобби выглядит морально устаревшим и требует обновления.

При этом в номерах сделан свежий и аккуратный ремонт, что приятно компенсирует общее ощущение от возраста здания.

В целом это разумный вариант, если нужно уложиться в бюджет до 100 долларов за ночь.

hotel one star, not four

Probably the most disapointing experiences in one hotel.
Alsmost nothing is functioning in the room.
Arriving at the morning, i regularly paid “early check in”. Discovering that tv has only few channels, all in uzbek language. Asking “for some other language”, they send guy who tried to do something for long, finaly he brought one other tv. And i’ve got maybe 10 chanels, all in russian. Fine, much better then only uzbek. But not for long, since every day some russian chanel was “dissapearing”, at the end of stay remained only two, not interesting at all.
Then i discovered that fridge doesn’t work (four star hotel). They send the guy, who conected the cutted of cable, then i had frigo. Vow!
But probably the worst thing are elevators. For 15 floors hotel (probably maybe 300 rooms), they have only two elevators. Average waiting time is maybe 10 minutes!!!!
But happy if it works! Two days, for 24 hours, no any elevator was working!
They they directed us to some auxiliary elevator, for personal, loundry, etc, behind the kitchen.
Waiting time even longer!
Second day, after breakfast, rushing for important coference, i remained blocked in this elevator, between floors, without electricity, without light, till after phone call and urgenses someone came to move elevator for “half of floor” and let me jump out. How happy i was!
Then is coming “adventure” to find stairs, hidden, not signed at all, and i got to basement. And fout door locked!!!!
I had to walk up for several floors, and to try to find out other (hidden) stairs on the other side of building.
Not “maximum” for old guy with hart and angina problems.
For all my stay (all week) there was no one excuse, nothing.
Not to forget, about air conditioned rooms in hotel publicity: since i am quite old guy, having problems to breath when is hot, i asked (very politely) on reception: “can you please help me with air conditioner in the room, doesn’t work”, answer was “of course it doesn’t work, now is winter season – end o

Мне понравилось то что нас сразу заселили в чистый и уютный номер , конечно хотелось бы побывать в спа не успевали потому что мы поздно приходили в отель , локация топ, на счет кухни все была вкусно и мне понравилось разновидность завтраков

Не рекомендую . Цена не соответствует качеству.
Pros:

Близко к рынку и центру города. Отель был выбран рядом с местом проведения мероприятия

Cons:

Лифт в гостинице работал через день, работает 2 из 4х лифтов
В номере окна не открываются
Система вентиляции и регулировки не работает
Присутствует неприятный запах в номере
Слишком мягкие кровати
Персонал местами вежливый , но ни одна просьба и проблема не была решена положительно

В уелом довольна проживанием в отела. Самый большой плюс- чистота, для меня с детьми это главное

Местоположение отличное, завтраки стандартные.

Cons:

Система кондиционирования не работала, техник пришел сказал, что городское отопление не отключили, поэтому кондиционеры не активны(но в других отелях все нормально работало, специально уточняли у знакомых, но не было номеров) -спать не возможно, как в хамам. Нам дали вентилятор, но легче не стало, окна не открываются. Спрашивали других постояльцев у всех была эта проблема, ужас душно было…приходилось открывать на этаже балкон и открывать двери в номере….мы были не одни…многие так делали. Это пол беды. Из 4х лифтов работал только 1. Ждали лифт по 5-10 минут, потом он стал работать только вверх, мы жили на 7м этаже, нам нужно было доехать до последнего и спуститься в лобби…одним словом маршрутка…и с первого раза не уедешь.

Комфорт в центре столицы
Pros:

Отремонтированный и реновированный бывший "Шератон" со всеми достоинствами, присущими ранее отелям этой сети: просторный номер с рабочим местом, отличная постель, кофе-чай-вода, сейф, холодильник, множество туалетных принадлежностей. На полу похожее на шерстяной килим ковровое покрытие - чрезвычайно комфортное. Тихо. Очень богатый и разнообразный завтрак. При заезде предложили бесплатно воспользоваться хамамом. Приятный лобби-бар. Очень доброжелательный и любезный персонал. Рядом Алайский базар, музей Тимуридов и другие достопримечательности Ташкента.

Хороший вариант, если работа в центре

Очень хорошая локация. Номер просторный и чистый.

Cons:

Не работал нормально туалет. А точнее смыв. Я приезжал на маленький срок, поэтому не так критично, но все равно для отелей такого уровня это проблема
