Крайне неприятная и возмутительная ситуация.

Вечером я лично передал свои дорогие солнцезащитные очки сотруднику на ресепшене отеля, чтобы оставить их там на хранение и случайно не потерять ночью. При выезде я, к сожалению, забыл забрать очки.

Когда обнаружил это, сразу связался с отелем. Мой товарищ специально ДВА РАЗА приезжал туда, чтобы забрать их. Но очки ему так и не отдали — теперь сотрудники утверждают, что их нет.

Подчеркну: я не забыл очки где-то в номере, ресторане или другом общественном месте. Я лично передал дорогую вещь в руки сотруднику отеля на ресепшене. После этого очки просто исчезли.

Да, то, что я не забрал их при выезде, — моя невнимательность. Но я передал вещь сотруднику отеля именно для сохранности и совершенно не ожидал, что после этого она может бесследно пропасть.

В результате я остался без дорогих очков, а мой товарищ ещё и дважды зря потратил время на поездки в отель.

Для меня это очень серьёзный вопрос доверия к отелю и его персоналу. После такого опыта я не могу рекомендовать оставлять здесь на хранение какие-либо ценные вещи.

Крайне разочарован тем, как отель обошёлся с моей вещью и как была решена эта ситуация.

The fitness center was advertised as 24h on the website, however, I was kicked out by 20:50 as they were allegedly only operating until 21:00.
