Расположение. Номер.

Cons:

Все дни пребывания не работал один из четырех лифтов. Второй лифт можно было вызвать только если держать нажатой кнопку не отпуская ее. В ресторане на завтрак работала все дни только одна кофемашина. Около нее стояла очередь иногда до 8-10 человек. Сейф в номере при заезде был закрыт. Нам открыли его на третий день после неоднократных напоминаний специалистам ресепшн. Они либо ссылались, что рабочий день инженера уже закончен либо банально забывали про нашу просьбу. Персонал на ресепшн очень вялый.

Pros:

Restaurants was OK bij de balie als je wat vroeg waar het weer vergeten een paar keer meegemaakt ook in de nacht. Ik had een bel verzoek gevraagd maar hebben ze gewoon niet gedaan. Mijn kamer elektriciteit deed het bijna niet stuk hebben ze ook niet gemaakt, nou had ik ook al gevraagd, maar voor de rest ja, de bed was OK.

L’hôtel parfait pour un séjour de rêve dans la capitale ouzbek

Le service, l’hospitalité de chaque membre du personnel , le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement parfait pour explorer à pieds Tachkent et/ou prendre facilement le métro , la piscine, ….

Cons:

Rien , tout était nickel

Pros:

All was good except lift and breakfast

Cons:

Lift very slowly and have to wait long.
Breakfast so busy you cant find the place where to seat . All tables are occupied.

Just ok - overpriced for the standard we received.
Pros:

The room was excellent, especially the comfortable bed and excellent shower. The location is outstanding and the lobby bar and staff there were very nice. The pool area was pleasant.

Cons:

The restaurant is too small for the number of guests - we witnessed guests queuing for a seat - very chaotically managed. Food was average but replenished poorly. One slow coffee machine is not enough.
Despite arriving at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready and we were only given alternatives when we demanded.

Ресепшен должен реагировать на любые жалобы а я же 3 дня просила кондиционер сделать

Понравилось местоположение отеля

Cons:

В номере не работает кондиционер не работает смыв унитаза и ванной не не мыла не шампунья не кондиционер бутылочки конечно висят но они абсолютно пустые

Проживание в City Palace оставило в целом хорошие впечатления благодаря вкусным завтракам и комфортн
Pros:

Завтрак в гостинице был просто великолепным — вкусный, полезный и разнообразный. Особенно понравился большой выбор блюд.

Cons:

Не понравилось, что была хорошая слышимость соседей с верхнего этажа. Также утюг оказался неисправным, а гладильная доска — старой модели.

Местоположение - отличное. В целом, если рассматривать как вариант для «переночевать» - все отлично.

Cons:

Сервис или его понимание отсутствует как класс. Если не сравнивать и не строить ожиданий - все ок. А так, персонал совершенно не понимает, что важно для гостей - нас заселили в номер, в котором уже проживали другие гости. Лифты - мое почтение, возвращают тебя в далекий 2001, ты сразу вспоминаешь маршрутку, собирающую всех в студенческие годы. 2 лифта в ремонте - 2 оставшихся конечно не справляются с пото ли проживающих. Завтрак - вообще отдельная история: пришлось ждать когда освободится хоть какой-то столик. Официанты вообще не участвуют в процессе: столики на 6х заняты двумя гостями, когда как семьи теснятся за двухместными, или вовсе ждут пока хоть что-то освободится. Отель чистый, номера опрятные. Видно качественные материалы - много лет назад строили с душой. Мой отзыв не критика - свою задачу отель решает. Но если говорить о сервисе - это уверенная 2ка.
