Pros:

Spacious studio with all kitchen facilities. Balcony had a great view of the ocean. Staff was really friendly and cooperative. 5 mins walk to the beach. Overall Maiori, was much less crowded and peaceful than the remaining towns on the Amalfi coast.

Cons:

You dont get view of the rest of the coast from balcony window.

Disappointing stay, poor maintenance, unsafe access & facilities that fall well below the advertised
Cons:

We stayed in the Residence building, which is separate from the main hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
The Residence has no staffed lobby, which makes check-in and assistance less convenient. In addition, guests must walk to the main hotel for breakfast. The route to town is particularly problematic and feels unsafe, as there is no sidewalk and part of the walk is along a curved road with very limited visibility for both pedestrians and drivers.

The room was poorly equipped and lacked basic amenities. (see pictures attached)
There were no proper towel racks, no hand towel holder, no toilet paper holder, and no shelf or space for toiletries such as soap, toothbrushes, or personal items.
The clothes hangers provided were mismatched and bent.
The shower doors and shower fixtures showed visible rust, giving the bathroom a neglected appearance.

It was also not communicated in advance that room cleaning is only provided once a week, which was surprising and inconvenient during the stay.

Overall, the Residence does not provide the level of comfort and convenience we expected. The maintenance issues, lack of basic amenities, safety concerns regarding pedestrian access, and restrictions on facilities significantly affected our stay. Based on our experience, the advertised rating of 9 is very far from reality and does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the Residence or the quality of the guest experience.
Additionally, on both nights at midnight, there was a fireworks display just about 20 meters from the hotel, which was more frightening and noisy than enjoyable, and at the very least, we should have been informed in advance.

Sehr sauber. Eine gute Aufteilung der Zimmer. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Laute Straße direkt davor. Leider sehr hellhörig.

Perfect location, beautiful views, and amazing service.
Pros:

The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. There was a place to park the car, the rooftop bar was amazing, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and had everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The service was perfect. The reception staff gave great advice about places to visit and helped with everything. Amazing and helpful people.

Amazing, wish we stayed longer!
Pros:

The location and staff were excellent! The staff went above and beyond to help us, including making parking easy with their valet parking service. There was a stunning little beach around the corner which we had all to ourselves for a swim! Wish we stayed longer
