Weekend in costiera ottimo
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda, poco distante dal centro. Ottimo il parcheggio per la moto. Molto spazioso l'appartamento e anche se non ho selezionato l'appartamento lato mare, dalla finestra della camera e dal bagno avevamo una vista mare veramente unica. Staff veramente gentile e disponibile.

Lovely apartments with beautiful view, uphelpful staff though
Pros:

The apartament was lovely, very specious, and we chose the sea view, which was lovely. The apartment has a balcony with chairs to seat. Well equipped kitchen (apart from broken wine glass-which I reported and supposed to be replaced but didn’t happen).
The property charged us extra local tax-even on booking.com it says that all taxes and vat is included in price. I have spoken to front desk Manager about it but he was meant to speak to his Manager about it and let me know but he didn’t and staff avoided to speak to us at the check out. I approached member of staff -female who I passed the apartment key to and asked if we could leave our bags. She took the keys showed us the storage room and moved onto the next customer which make us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We wanted to check if the issue with tax was sorted but didn’t really get a chance to speak to staff about it. The front desk Manager saw us on the day of check out but avoided speaking to us.
I resolve the issue with Tax I have been charged for with booking.com and did not insist of speaking to the staff as I felt they were not willing to help to resolve the issue and I would waste time waiting till they speak to us.

Cons:

Staff was unhelpful and make us feel unwelcome at the checkout. Didn’t even ask if everything was ok.

The broken glass I found in the room has not been replaced as promised.

Amazing view, staff and town!
Pros:

The view was amazing, the room size was large. Very clean and spacious. The sound of waves at night was beautiful. Very easy to walk into town to eat and shop. The town promenade was wonderful!

Cons:

Honking during daytime because on edge of a cliff turn.... (can't be helped)! Toilet kept running all the time, and periodically a large drain would whoosh down above us...
