Pros:

Excelente café da manhã. Excelente localização no centro de Floripa. Muito bomo custo benefício.
Atendentes atenciosos e rápidos.

Cons:

A janela do quarto é difícil de abrir e não para aberta. Como o quarto é bem pequeno e abafado, fiquei a merçe do ar condicionado que à noite prefiro desligado por ser alergico.
A descarga do banheiro não esta funcionando bem. Não faz o seu trabalho como deveria.
A embalagem do Shampoo é de muito difícil utilização. É preciso um objeto cortante pra abrir. Horrível!

Buena opción cerca del centro y del aeropuerto
Pros:

Nos hospedamos solo una noche, ya que teníamos que hacer base en Florianópolis para ir a otro destino y este hotel queda cerca del aeropuerto. Destaco la flexibilidad del hotel para el horario del check-in.

O mal cheiro do banheiro que não passava, a manta tava limpa, travesseiros duros e interfone do quarto não funcionava, tinha descer no elevador toda vez que queria algo da recepção
