Hospedagem a negócios
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, porém fica na região central, onde o movimento é intenso praticamente o tempo todo. Além disso, fiquei em um quarto um pouco barulhento, o que acabou afetando um pouco o descanso.

No geral, a hospedagem foi boa, principalmente pelo excelente custo-benefício.

O ponto que realmente precisa de atenção é o Wi-Fi. Infelizmente, a conexão é muito ruim e deixou bastante a desejar.

De resto, não tenho do que reclamar. A equipe é atenciosa, o café da manhã é bom, os lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos, e o quarto, de modo geral, atendeu às expectativas.

Poderia ter sido melhor, mas pelo fato de já ser mal recebida na chegada, a primeira impressão foi pessima.
Pros:

Quanto simples, mas não é ruim.
Café da manhã é bem básico.

Cons:

Já fomos mal recebidos na recepção, chegamos por volta de umas 11:00 no dia 29/07 e o funcionário já foi falando, check in só as 15:00.
Respondi que sim, pois isso eu tinha pago para o dia 28/07.
Poderia ter sido melhor, mas pelo fato de já ser mal recebida na chegada, a primeira impressão foi pessima.

Estadia tranquila
Pros:

O pessoal da recepção é ótimo. Em Especial, gostaria de agradecer ao atendente Izaque por ser bastante prestativo.
O café da manhã é bom . Fiquei no quarto 407 e foi tranquilo. Passei apenas uma noite pois no dia seguinte ia fazer um curso em um sítio, na cidade de Tubarão.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Quarto bom; shampoo com condicionador bons; cama boa, cobertores bons e chuveiro bem quente. Silencioso.

Cons:

Só faltou um secador de cabelos. E para quem for levar um, a tomada é 220V.

Pros:

The location, my room has a comfortable bed, lots of surfaces and a little fridge. The shower was cold the first night/morning, I told them and it was fixed immediately. I got cold, asked for another blanket, it was there when I got back. They've been very helpful and flexible, allowing me to extend my stay in the same room and changing reserved nights for my daughter, as we await a discharge date from the hospital. Despite language barrier, Google translate has been a boon. Breakfast is nice too. .

Cons:

Initially the cold shower but it was fixed immediately. For a 3 star in central florianopolis it's been great.
